Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Madison

Never been to this particular store. Placed a curbside side pickup order, the store is in a very small Plaza with limited parking. When I got there I didn't see designated parking for curbside side, I pulled into a parking spot directly in front of the store and searched the web site and email for a way to check-in. There is not a way that I could find. I pulled out and started going around the building when I noticed a drive thru. I was able to pull into the line easily without circling the building to go to the ordering speaker. I got to the window and 2 employees saw me but did not come to the window. I sat there a few minutes as they kept standing there talking and the one employee that was turned toward window kept looking at me. Finally after a few more minutes passed another employee came from the back and saw me immediately and pointed at me. At that point I guess you could call this speculation. They all began laughing and still carrying on as the two guys would glance at me. The girl wouldn't even turn and look. Finally the one guy employee that had been there from the start of me pulling up walks to the window and says you need to go through the drive thru. I said is this not a drive through? He replied you didn't go to the speaker. I said I know I didn't realize there was a drive thru because the web site doesn't give drive thru as a pick up option so I didn't know there was one. He replied well your at it but you didn't go by the speaker. I asked do I need to drive around the building and tell you I'm here or can I get my curbside. He replied "you can this time". Very poor customer service. Will never go back to...

Wanted to first state that the place seemed great good atmosphere seemed relatively clean food seemed good for the most part but here is where the twist happens I'm pretty sure my food was poisoned as I rarely eat out and since I have eaten there over the last couple of days I'm showing all the signs of food poisoning now normally I wouldn't go through the hassle of writing a post and anyone that knows me knows I'm not a negitive outlook kind of person but N the case I thought it ought to be known that I was harassed about where I was getting my guest cards really that holds no matter N there concerns and when I simple didn't know at the time as my wife was the one who presented me with the idea of going. I didn't expect to be treated with hostility by the manager and cashier which I'm sure was also relating the message from the manager that I could not keep coming N using guest cards for one free scoop or sandwich... That there was a limit to which I stated is that located on the card anywhere or posted anywhere at the location? My returned answer was no. They didn't like that it seems and this is what brings me to assume my food was possible poisoned.... Just very odd how the events played out...Only time prior to this that I have been sick was another case of food poisoning about a year-and-a-half ago I very rarely get sick if ever I try to live a very health-conscious lifestyle now I don't look like a perfect public figure but if your going off looks you have more problems then me... Won't have to worry about me coming back or referring anyone quite the opposite my 2...

I absolutely love chicken salad and will choose it over several other options almost every single time... with that said I found their chicken salad to be on the blander side. We had a scoop of the classic salad, a classic sandwich, scoop of buffalo Barclay, the loaded potatoe soup, pasta salad, and Mac and cheese.. both chicken salads were fairly bland and not much real difference in taste.. the scoop is a better deal than the sandwich because you don't get much at all on the sandwich and i found the crackers were a better match because you could get a larger scoop.. the sides were all good.. very creamy Mac and cheese... 2 adults and 1 child was $28 ... took a good 20 minutes to get food on dine in.. Service was ok.. one employee sat on her phone beside the register loudly arguing with someone on the phone about laundry... she later resumed arguing on the phone in dining room before walking to parking lot.. Will try again because I love the idea and...
