I use to love this place but so much with food and pricing has changed. I'd rather make my own from now on. I always get H2, pork belly with sticky rice and some spring rolls. 1. The pork belly is a hit or miss, sometimes its good, other times old and dried out. 2. The sauce they used to make was the whole reason I loved the pork belly, they dont make it the same anymore, at all. It is way too hot/spicy, which takes away the flavor and honestly to me, not edible. I like hot food, but someone is ruining the sauce with too many chilles. 3. The spring rolls used to be much larger and had nice sized shrimp. Now, they are super skinny, small shrimp, and the price is so much more. $8 when it used to be $5. Same for pork belly, use to be $12 now $15. I get inflation, but you also started making smaller portions with the spring rolls, and your sauce is not the same. Probably wont be returning, unfortunately.

I love supporting small businesses. I’m from out of state so I’m not sure how long they’ve been opened, so maybe they are new and are still learning. Stood for a good 10+ minutes before anyone took our order. It was not busy, I was the only customer. I just stood at the ordering window and they just ignored me. No “I’ll be right with you” or hi. Finally they took our order. We ordered pork belly with rice and a bowl of khob piaj. We waited almost 40 minutes. Again, it was not busy. Got our food. Pork belly had good flavor. Khob piaj was very salty and the portions were really small for such a big bowl. At least serve it in a smaller bowl. There was a lot of broth and the broth was not a chicken flavor broth. It was more pho broth.

I ordered the Hmong Pho (noodle soup)(Beef only) and the Thai Tea. The soup has a hearty and natural beef flavor. The noodles and vegetables in the soup were excellent. It also came with three different sauces, mint leaves, and alfalfa sprouts on the side, (no fish sauce). The Thai Tea is possibly the best in the city. I see why people drive here from the far west side just for the tea. It is rich and flavorful. I can see Hmong elders back there in the kitchen, so no need to try and finesse an invite to an exclusive Hmong gathering for authentically made Hmong food. You can just order it here. The food court is large and spacious and serves several restaurants like that at the mall.

In the last 6 months, we have had 3 wrong orders. Our orders were either incomplete (meaning, they missed parts of the entree), or incorrectly charged. When we go to correct the issue, we get questioned repeatedly by staff, as if we are trying to scam the business. We have been returning customers, but today's error is enough. I ordered crab rangoons and was charged for spring rolls. When I went to correct the error, the staff was hesitant and questioned if I picked up a pack of spring rolls from the front bar. I was patient and waited while I got a rull refund on the spring roll charge, then was charged for rangoons. This last experience left me feeling disappoitned and discouraged. We enjoy the meat and sticky rice entrees and used to look forward to a good meal when we grocery shop. Either way, 5 dollars for 3 flat crab rangoons is not justifiable in the first place.

Also, you may want to list all your ingredients on your packages. Another customer bought the intestines stuffed with sticky rice, and asked me if it was vegetarian since it didn't list any animal products. She had bought it for a friend who does not eat meat and was disappointed but too embarassed...

2 stars for having good navaam drinks and sticky rice. Otherwise, their curry noodle is not even curry noodles. It is super sweet like sugar and the broth is thick and creamy and super sweet. Their pho is just not pho at all. There's minimal meat and condiments. The broth is bland. If you know how to eat pho, this isn't pho. The papaya is not tasty. The chicken has no flavor. The sausages, sometimes it is not fully cooked, or too well cooked and dry. 1 star for bad services. I was waiting in line ordering and then waiting to get my food. I saw 2 staffs coughing and sneezing. Some times they cover their mouth and doesn't wash their hands. Or they don't cover their mouth and doesn't wash hands. 1 star for service. I stood there waiting and everybody looks at me. No greet or ask if I needed help. They all just stare at you then continue on with their conversations. 1 star for atmosphere. Overall, will I eat there again and I...
