HAI YA.....I should have known better than to get pho at a Taiwanese establishment, but I thought I would give it a try. I got the Pho Saigon King. The broth was flavorful, but it looked like it came from the Milwaukee River. The broth was not clear as it should be. I would not recommend getting pho here, go to a Vietnamese restaurant where they do it right.
They skimped out on condiments and give you 1 small serving of hoisin sauce, they will give you 2 if you ask and even then that is not enough. They give you the usual veggies: jalapeños, lime, thai basil, and bean sprouts.

There is a pungent sour after taste, and their chili oil is not even chili oil. The broth was already distasteful, and I thought the chili oil would help but it made it worst.
