Hi! I need to make a review/concern/complaint!
This is regarding the store in Madison Alabama on Hwy 72.
This store has lots of issues.
The morning manager and crew seem to be doing their jobs.
But the night managers, you can tell that they donāt even care.
I am a customer who spends about $1500+ there a year. I am a faithful customer. I eat there multiple times a week.
Sometimes, I have to skip eating there because the food is so very poor.
I have made complaints on the continuous inconsistencies to the managers.
The managers are rude and interrupt me and donāt even listen to what I have to say, just like they did 2 days ago.
In addition, when we buy chicken fingers, they are very disappointing, they are literally the size of my pinky. I expect more than literally my pinky size. I have pictures.
In addition, their green beans are very inconsistent. Also,They have served us old clumped up gravy.
Also, there are MANY times when they donāt even have chicken available!!!!! We have to wait 30mins and especially it makes me to run late to work.
And since I had to wait and it made me late to work, the manager literally rolled his eyes when we asked for complimentary drinks while we waited. Then instead of giving us drinks in regular cups, they gave us coffee sized drinks where the syrup was going out and the drinks were inconsistent as well.
I canāt remember the managers name but one of them that I spoke with that was rude is named Andy.
This location seriously needs to be checked out.
Unfortunately my husband and I had had to go other places for dinner and just stay away after breakfast since Jacks location here in Madison AL on hwy 72 is so very inconsistent and you can tell the managers and employees Donāt care.
I should have been speaking up more often but i just thought that if I let time pass then things will get better. But they didnāt. So please EXPECT to start getting more of my complaints EVERY time Because this needs to...

Barely warm bread and extremely stingy sauce, pickles and onions resulted in a dry unappetizing sandwich. The fries did not taste fully cooked. This in spite of the blond supervisor saying she would give me fresh fries. They need to check their oil temperatures! I am a Jack's fan when the location is well managed. This is not one of those locations, at least the day I visited.
