First of all, it took over an hour to get our food after we ordered. Second of all (and the part I am most angry about), they made us pay for food that no one at our table ordered. They brought out an extra plate and said "well I guess you guys have an extra!" Then when the waiter brought out the checks, the extra plate was on there. The waiter said that the "head chef" said we had to pay for the plate because it was partially eaten. I've never heard of anything like this!! Forcing us to pay for food that we did not order. I tried asking the waiter to change it, but he came up with more excuses and basically said "it is what it is. You have to pay." Absolutely ridiculous. Where to start, honestly this place for the price point and location is beyond a hidden gem. A vast menu enhanced by daily specials that are above and beyond casual fine dining. A generous rotating tap list that hits all scenes, high to low abv to IPA's and bourbon barrel stouts. Service is in line with everything else, more than you would expect with a nice but not overbearing personal touch. As with most places such as this it really is the little things that make it stand out. What exemplifies that here is there side salad included with all meals for free. I’ve been taking the badger shuttle for years. Well this time I’m the way there I was told there was a couple buses to the game. Well after the game myself and my 7 friends got left behind! The bus driver only made one trip! I called, guy on the phone said he couldn’t reach the driver. So we all walked back to Jordan’s. No one has reached out to me, not even an apology or a gift card for making us all walk. Going on day 4 of no calls!
