Avoid these restaurants like the bubonic plague. All three KFC’s, in the general area, are owned by the same slumlord type mentality, KBP Foods LLC, (KBP), and based in Overland Park, Kansas. While that speaks for itself, in North Alabama, it’s hard to find a decent, caring, clean, and business-like restaurant that won’t end up spitting in your vittles. But, this location is really mean-spirited, rude and uncaring. They are the worse and have a very high turnover. The restaurant on Jordan Lane put our food in used containers, sent a worker to our home for catering who went in our purse to steal money when our eyes were turned to get his tip, left out food, made us get our own drinks only to find a dirty drink station as well as black moldy looking substances around the tubing. The restaurant on Madison Boulevard not only left off many items; but they reused to give us what they stole from us by intentionally leaving food items off our paid order. Even after speaking with the area GM, nothing was corrected only that he wanted us to give them another try. While in Smyrna, Georgia, we spoke with the past owner concerning a large refund for food that our office never got delivered to us. Over six months later, only after speaking to him again, did our office finally get a “check in the mail”. As for the Madison, Alabama restaurant, it far surpasses any resemblance of kindness, fresh food, safe food and food that won’t make the consumer violently ill from hair, mishandling and who knows what else. The workers tend to be angry, frustrated and overbearing. The other day, our company ordered a relative large order. The food was sitting out for well over an hour or two. The mashed potatoes were spoiled and smelled like death. We ordered 20 bowls and got only 14 with the cookies missing. Shanora admitted to leaving them out although many of the employees have our business card and could have easily called us. We guess they e-sold them or had a free cookie fiesta. Worse of all, there was a long, strand of hair in one of the bowls. No one in our party has long brunette hair. Shanora called us after we waited on a return call for hours from Tammy, which we never got. Yet, Tammy, the new manager, could be heard in the background, seemingly making disparaging comments as were speaking to Shanora. Shanora went on and on about her degrees as the assistant manager and how her family owns three KFC restaurants. She even told us that she knows the law and so on. In short, the $160 order was all kinds of messed up from the floor up. The meat in the bowls smelled rotten, the potatoes smelled like sin and the chicken was apparently tortured prior to death because like Publix, the bones were broken. We will never return to either restaurant. Please stay away from Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) because when an entity has to change names like SDA (Seven Day Adventist), LDS (Latter Day Saints), A.L. Williams (Primerica Financial Services), KBP and so on, you have to realize that something is amidst. The whole chain serves yucky food of the worse kind. Someone needs to file a federal lawsuit against these anti-melanated villains as well as close down the entire chain because they are simply supporting eugenics, cancer, animal cruelty of the worse kind and ignorance. Read moreThe would say this KFC was bad, but that’s not even it. The workers who were working night shift on Sunday April 7 had to have been the most incompetent workers to exist. First of all they gave me zero hot sauce in my bag… Are you kidding? Do they know what kind of establishment they are and where they are located. Secondly I went inside of the store to get some and had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me. There were 4 total workers that I could see. The girl working the drive through was actually decent at her job seeing as she couldn’t speak to me because she had a headset on and she proceeded to correct the other girl on how she had already gotten the order wrong for the bag she was about to hand out of the window. There was one girl standing in the lobby moving some cardboard sign and she didn’t speak to me once. Finally the lady packing pick-up orders asked if I was waiting on a pick up. I proceeded to tell her that I just needed some hot sauce. She continued to walk to the back to do another task and the girl who had gotten an order wrong earlier walked up to me and asked what I needed. (Keep in mind it was the same girl who brought out my FAMILY pack of chicken) She then proceeded to hand me 4 total packets of hot sauce. At this point I didn’t even want to ask for more because I could not stand to be in that establishment any longer. I finally get home and take my order out only to see that they didn’t even give me my mini apple pie things that I had ordered. Horrible experience. Workers need to learn how to do simple tasks before being...
Read moreFirst off…I did my order online and it was supposed to be ready at 6:45pm. And it was not ready until 7:30. Almost an hour later! I was waiting outside. Nobody asked me did I want a complimentary drink or nothing. But the worker did ask me what my order was. Do you mean to tell me I’m waiting this long and you don’t even know what my order was? And she asked me will I take crispy. I ordered original. And if I’ve been waiting this long why would I sit here and settle for something I didn’t order. I made an order in the past that was a 4 or 6pc original but when it got delivered it was crispy: I called and no one answered. It was almost closing time. So there was no way. If I got it delivered that means I wasn’t in the right place to pick it up myself. So I had no choice but to eat it because I was hungry and it was already late. No one was trying to hear me the next day. So I said forget it. Now here it is a couple months later with another bad experience waiting on my food for almost an hour. I didn’t get my food until it was my daughter’s bedtime….No one tried to fix the previous problem and I’m sure no one will fix this one. There were other ppl parked beside me waiting for just as long and we all got out the car to go...
