Ordered food for myself and some co-workers and our ENTIRE order was wrong. When I called, they claimed they couldn't find my order. I had the order number and asked them if they wanted it and they said no. Then someone rudely in the background asked why was I just calling (I ordered around noon for my co-workers, but I don't go to lunch until 1:00 pm). I thought that was extremely rude. Anyway, they said that they'd write my name down to get a meal the next time I ordered. When I tried to cash in on it, they inconveniently couldn't find my name. I emailed corporate and never received a response. Well it has been 40 mins past the time it was supposed to be delivered. Called them. Was told sorry sometimes if we have one delivery we wait to deliver. Then if we get a bunch before we leave then the driver will be a little late. Ok if the driver had time he should have delivered the sub especially since I'm a few blocks away. Read moreThe manager was fantastic in dealing with a less than perfect situation. I ordered using the app for the first time earlier this week, taking advantage of the Nurses Week special. Something got screwed up and I didn't get the order. The manager was delightful over the phone and gave me a few options. I chose to cancel that day's order and accept a refund.
