Milio's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Madison

First, the hours aren’t even right on the Google page. They are currently open daily until 8:00pm.

The entire meal process was less than satisfactory. The employees were nice, but obviously only cared about themselves as they chatted the entire time without acknowledging their customer. I ordered a Skinny Favorite and two Skinny Godfather’s. The meal was over $25.00 with tax and tip with the sandwiches at $7 a piece. For a $7 sub with no veggies, I would expect a decent amount of meat and cheese. What I recieved was the complete opposite. Only a few extremely thin pieces of meat, and some so called cheese that is so thin that it could be mistaken for paper. While I ordered later in the day, the expectation is that the bread would still be fresh. However, the bread was as hard as a rock and did not taste fresh at all.

I cannot at all see how this location stays open. The place is always dead when I stop by, which unfortunately will now have been...

I thought Jimmy John's was bad, but Milio's takes the win. Came in to this location for the first time and ordered an Italian with hot peppers and pickles. Didn't realize they charge $.89 of each. First off the location is filthy. The floors look like that haven't been cleaned in ages and the drink station had "stuff" streaking down all I er the place. The tables were dirty with trash left over from lunch I guess. As for the sandwich, it ended up an oil drenched wet mess. There was even oil on my passenger seat. The bread was complete mush and pretty much summed up my experience. First and last time I visit this...

When I walked in, the gentleman was quite busy at his register. But he let me know that it would just be a moment. He was right. The even younger gentleman who handed me my sandwich, just a moment later, had a huge smile when he handed me his sandwich. From this, I really felt like he cared about the sandwich. He just made me and whether or not I liked it. I walked out really happy. And as I ate my sandwich, I was even happy. It was delicious and just what I ordered, even though I asked for a special items. Thank you, Milio‘s on Junction Road!...
