When i was leaving, i noticed a car parked right out front with a dog in it, with the windows all the way closed, and the car completely off. this was concerning, so i went inside to let a starbucks worker know about the situation, and i got a very rude “we don’t control what happens in the parking lot” from the person i spoke with. obviously i know that, i was just hoping to bring it to their attention because maybe they could make an announcement to the customers, or we could work together to solve the problem from one concerned citizen to another, especially because the workers would be able to be there to see the situation through. i cant believe how rude and un-empathetic he was to a very real safety concern. i ended up calling the police and giving them the license plate #. i work in retail and if someone had said that to me i would have said thank you for bringing it to my attention, and not given them a rude “not my problem” response like i got. i’m just glad the dog didn’t end up dying...

I was in a hurry so I drove home and didn’t get to drink my latte until I was inside. It smelt rotten, and to be a decent person, I tried to drink it. Nope, spoiled milk. The only reason I know it was spoiled was because I had just emptied my old, two week expired milk out of my fridge. They smelt 100% the same.
More staff is also needed at this store. Two workers were doing their best making drinks while another one was at the register taking orders. The final worker wasn’t doing anything.
The hazelnut hot chocolate is the only thing keeping this at a steady 2 stars. I went to get the hot chocolate for my mother and she wasn’t...

It wasn’t like they were busy either, I don’t know how they missed this. It’s plain ignorance. This same exact thing happened last week when I brought my own cup to a different store. It’s also absurd that the company doesn’t have a means to measure drinks for reusable cups that don’t have the Starbucks lines on them. I shouldn’t have to spend $25 on a cup with the Starbucks logo to be able to reduce their waste. I’m really fed up. I started supporting the business again because I have a family member that works there, but if Starbucks can’t respect efforts of waste reduction they're definitely losing...
