Let me start by saying the workers are usually great and the food/drinks are great. The time spent waiting is to be expected, when there is a line to the road, what can you expect, especially with who knows how many mobile orders. Here is my problem, I pulled up to get my mobile order. Parked in the open spot I saw, went inside and sat to wait. A few minutes later this man came in who looked like he drove the store supply truck and was causing some kind of fuss at the register. I heard him yelling that someone was parked in the handicap spot. I look outside, see there is no sign in front of my car, and continue on waiting. He doesnt stop saying "get the manager, someones pulled in the handicap spot." Again, I look, see no sign, see no blue lines, im like??? He continues on, I look again, see the car next to me is parked over the slanted blue lines and I am in the actual handicap spot. NO SIGN and the blue lines on DARK new asphalt are very hard to see. Didnt even notice because I always look for the sign as it is indeed "no sign, no fine". I said oh sir that is my car im so sorry didnt notice, theres not a sign, ill move right now. He scoffs at me, looking around to other people as to ask them to shame me as well. I moved my car to a new spot, came back in and as he was walking out I walked past him walking out and he said to me,"I should have called the cops and the tow truck" I said, "sir, I dont know where you are from, but the law is no sign no fine here in America, so call them. I said I was sorry and moved before you could even get the first load out of your truck so what is your problem?" he responded with some muddled words and continues to curse under his breath and I no longer felt safe at this location so I left before getting my coffee. Ridiculously treated by a short old man who clearly had a problem with a young girl. I will be calling and asking to speak to a manager soon once I think the morning rush for them is over, PUT UP A DANG...

Inside the shop there was only two people ahead of us so our order was taken quickly. My wife ordered her usual, tall double shot Carmel latte and a slice of Iced Lemon Pound Cake. I ordered a tall double shot Mocha with whole milk and three Petite Vanilla Bean Scones. I was only going to get one Scone but Starbucks has a special so I ordered three instead of the one. The Lemon cake and Scones were provided right away by our cashier.
After waiting about ten minutes I received my Tall Double Shot Mocha. My wife received an incorrect order an Iced Carmel Latte so her order had to be remade. But once she received the hot Tall Double Shot Carmel Latte she was happy. Our beverages were hot and soothing. The iced Lemon Pound Cake was fresh and moist. My Vanilla Bean Scones taste like a sweet biscuit as do scones. The Vanilla Bean flavor was very tasty.
Starbucks is very popular as a meeting place for college students and business associates are has a quiet atmosphere. Starbucks make sumo the best coffee, latte's and mocha so we enjoy treating ourselves occasionally. Occasionally as it is an expensive caffeinated beverage but they aero consistent with the recipes. The staff is always friendly and professional.

Read morePulled up last night about 5 minutes before close. Was behind a mom van who was taking ages to order, asking questions and such because whatever she wanted to order was already out as of earlier that afternoon. The clock on my phone was 8:27 when I pulled up for my turn and was immediately told “We closed at 8:30, cannot take your order.” I was the only person in line at this point and the only person in front of me was the car whose occupant took ages to order. But I realized there was nothing to be done. But then, as I had no choice but drive around through the drive through lane, I realized I was literally stuck behind the same car that took 5-6 minutes to place an order. I had to sit behind that car for 10 more minutes. The least the barista could have done was offer me a muffin or something, some already prepared drink. I would have paid. Nobody was behind me. I have routinely bought Starbucks gift cards and taken my daughters for a coffee but no more. I discovered White Bison last night as a result of how badly Starbucks barista behaved. How rude and annoyed she sounded. Truth be told, I’ve worked retail too and have been annoyed by last minute customers but if they come in or pull up before closing time, they deserve yo be served with a good attitude. She didn’t even apologize for having closed, she openly displayed annoyance instead. That is where it got me. Had she been apologetic and said “Company policy says we have to cut off orders now, I’m sorry” I would not have been bothered. But her open rudeness was a bit much. Plus she missed out on a decent tip. I was going to double price of order for a tip because of my last few minutes...
