Dos Copas Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Madisonville

Horrible! It was among the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I ordered fajitas for two. Staff brought out the rice plate and after it had become cold, brought out the sizzling meat, then after it had become cold and I finally saw someone to ask about the tortillas. After 8 minutes, they were finally brought out. No apology was made for the issue. I regret not having cancelled the order. Then when paying, the worker never asked of my satisfaction. I had to request a business card. He did not give me a receipt nor did he punch the card (for future discounts). That part was fine as I will NOT go there again. The parking lot was filled with potholes. The bathroom was filthy and tiny. There were no accommodations for those with handicaps. The food itself was not good. Is there no ZERO...

Had a delicious dinner here. I got the veggie fajitas and it was very yummy! I really liked the fact that they give plenty of mushroom since most places skimp out and it's my fav part. I also tried the quesadilla and it was good as well. Got the flan for dessert, it tasted wonderful but it did have a different texture that I was not used too (more cheesecake like than smooth like other flans). The only con that I would say is that the chips need some work. Would be better if they were warmed up and tasted fresher. Salsa was decent. Dos Copas Mexican Grill was great! Customer service was provided with a smile. The food came out quick and was delicious. Our waiter was attentive. The manager/owner was friendly and visited with us. I told him Google reviews rated them the highest at 4.6 stars and that’s why we chose Dos Copas.
