Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Madisonville

Went to Madisonville Baptist to visit a sick relative, we decided to get something to eat before getting on the road back to Missouri...My passengers lived in Jefferson City and we they saw the sign for Long John Silver they yelled let's go there! My fellow travelers lived in Jefferson City and said theirs had been closed down for quite a while. Immediately in ordering they mention they wer from Missouri and one of the workers asked them , what part when they said Jefferson City, he exclaimed Oh wow as he had been to that store a few years ago to help get it back on its feet and was shocked to hear it had closed. Anyway let me tell you the food was hot, fresh and absolutely deliciousand the workers we kind, professional and attentive, also the storw was clean and smelled fresh(it had been raining for hours)...We sat down to taste a sample before heading to the car and back home. Thank you to the employees, and the next time we are visiting, you guys will be our food...

Ordered about 3 weeks ago and they forgot one item in my order...they told me to come back at a later date and they'd have a meal for me. I had forgotten about the meal and tonight was wanting something and that meal came to mind. I honestly didn't think they'd remember after 3 weeks or I figured they had told me that to pacify me. I pulled up and told them my name and the order... y'all, they didn't give me any static, had all my info, and was polite about it. I had even misheard the person on the phone and thought they had told me a cheaper meal (like a standard "complaint meal") and was willing to accept that...but the employee was like oh ma'am, the it says here it's this meal (the actual meal I ordered)...I was pleasantly surprised in this time when rudeness and unprofessionalism are running ramped in...

Visited the drive thru today. Order a 12 piece family meal, asked for tarter sauce. None was included in the bag. Went back to the drive thru waoted 19 minutes then to have the attendant at window verbally abuse us claiming she put sauce in the bag. She did not then handed me a few packets. When I asked for a few more she gave me a fist full and said again to a coworker...I already put it in her bag. No, she did not but then coworker or supervisor grabbed two handfulls and threw them basically into the car, passenger side thru lane. Then slammed the windows on us. Horrible service, food was a bit greasy but taste was as usual. Long time customers shouldnt be abused that way. Very disheartened by our service. Why would we come back, wait in line if we had any...
