McDonald's — Restaurant in Madisonville

Man, if there was 2 1/2 stars I'd only give 2 1/2 stars. McDonald's really is only about half and half. I mean I hate to say it lol because I know it's awful, but their food is awesome. They have the best fries in the world, I frickin' love 'em! So they definitely have 2 stars that way. But man, I don't know if it's just our McDonald's or if it's everywhere, but I swear, no matter how big or small-or-simple or complicated your order is, they never, I mean NEVER, get it right. It doesn't matter the time of day, if they're busy or not, who's working, or anything, it is seriously always wrong, in some way or another. Either they put something you said none of, they don't put something you asked for, they gave the wrong sandwich, the wrong size fry, or it's just not all there... I mean it's always something, but never right. So a big minus 2 stars there. And the last one is just simply split down middle because so is the rest of the service that you get you get at McDonald's. The prices are usually about so so, somethings sometimes either higher or lower than they really should be, but mostly they're prices are pretty straight. Some items kinda over priced, but others maybe a little on the cheaper side, so yea, I'd say it's about a pretty fair split. So is the wait time usually. Sometimes you wait a little longer than usual, but sometimes you're right in and right back out again. (Of course you are still gonna hafta go right back in again, because you're order is gonna be wrong lol but still lol right back out.) Most the time tho, really, you don't really hafta wait too long, of course you have your rush hours when everyone in town decided to have McDonald's on their lunch or for breakfast, but you know what to expect during those times so you know the wait to be expected, and it is expected during those time frames. So really the wait isn't usually too much longer than you'd honestly expect it to take to make your food, at least fresh, at least that's the way I like mine. So yea, I'm 50/50 on that as well. All in all, McDonald's does have good food at a fairly decent price, it's honestly cheaper to feed my family at McDonald's sometimes than it is to buy the groceries to prepare a decent meal at home. So I guess maybe it actually should get the full 3 stars, for sheer convenience. Either way... Lol,...

Worst fast food service i have ever seen I went there and ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and they gave me one with only the McGriddle buns and bacon only so I had to call them while I was at work and make a complaint they said they would write my name down and I could come pick a new one up when I get off work I asked my brother if he would get it for me because I was so hungry but they refused to give it to him even after he said he was there to pick it up for me so I called back up there again to ask them why they wouldn’t give it to him and they literally put me on hold for 20 minutes So I had to drive up there on my break and Pick it up myself I will never be going to this McDonald’s again and this has not been the first time I’ve had a bad experience here not only do they screw up my order all the time but they are extremely rude I will be taking my business to the old McDonald’s In...

It's McDonald's you can't expect much I mean don't get me wrong I absolutely love the place obviously I eat there all the time though sometimes I wonder why because never do they get it right never I don't care if it's so much as they put in the wrong size fry or forgot your straw they'd never get it right LOL and this time where they had us pool in the front to wait since we went to the drive-thru we probably waited about a half-hour while we watched for people that came after us to get their food brought out so I had to go in and question what was going on at which point they were very rude with me but I did get two free large fries out of the deal only to come home and realize that the four-piece chicken nugget they put in my niece's meal was actually to burger patties they replaced it too but of course it was a whole drive down there but again it's McDonald's you don't eat there without expecting...
