Rally's — Restaurant in Madisonville

We were absolutely blown away by the Amazing late night experience we had here just a couple nights ago. We were coming off the river super late and as usual we were starving. It was 2:45 a.m so we really had no expectations other then just getting food. Man were we in for a treat. From start to finish we received Top Notch service. The 2 younger guys working were very upbeat, fun and yet very professional. They almost seemed to actually enjoy their job. They had to of made all our food fresh because when they brought our food out to the truck it was all warm and the fries tasted like they had just came out the fryer! I mean even the Fountain drinks were on point. I know this is a lengthy review but it's very rare these day's to go anywhere and get the all around customer experience we all only wish for during normal hours lil alone late-night hours. Me and my dad ordered both of us a meal and a strawberry sundae after we payed for the meal the guy who took are order His Name is Joshua (same 1st name as me) asked right after he give us are food if he can help us we we told him we did not get the sundae and the guy used the F word and told us to hold of a F word min and he would get the F word sundae after that we asked for our money back and some other guy give us are money back but yelled at us also we called corporate and they told us they would get back with us in 3 days but really I don't know if they will really do anything but this joshua that works there is not the kind of person they need to working around people if he is going to cuss them just because he feels like it, we were so nice to everyone never got hateful or mean with them, I don't know what the guys problem is but all I can say is we will not be going back after this and nether will any of my family after seeing how...

1st good food and nice people. My only complaint or should I say concern is it looks dirty and so can the staff. I hate tobsay that makes me feel like a jerk. I think the drive could use some work. I can say this last time and only time I seen a lady inside who wasn't in uniform. She was just in regular clothes and shebwas covered in mess probably from all the greases.. Maybe they have been swamped and Low staffing and it's just a messy job. Maybeee.
