Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Magna

I showed up at about 1:15 in the afternoon for lunch. Word to the wise, I guess you're going to get really dry, old chicken at this time of day. It took everything I had not to say something to her about scraping out the dry chicken from the bottom of the tin. I couldn't believe that they didn't have fresh chicken. It tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Honestly, it wasn't even edible. I think it's pretty sad too because the manager was standing right there. Can you not tell that your chicken is completely overcooked and dry at that point? And then.... right as I was getting ready to leave, I noticed the manager put new chicken out! Seems like a qualified manager and a good team would realize that you need to keep relatively fresh (not old and dry) chicken rotating throughout the day and not be giving people the old dried up stuff that's been sitting...

Today I went into chipotle and had a brand new $25 gift card. The workers had no clue how to use it. There was three different workers there and I was told three different times that my gift card had a zero balance when it was brand new. I left and went to the west valley location and my gift card worked right away.

There should’ve been someone else working tonight who knows what they’re doing. I understand if they are being trained, but they shouldn’t be left alone if they don’t know how to do everything.

The food tasted good but our orders were completely wrong. I got a burrito and asked for cheese and extra sour cream. There was no cheese and barely any sour cream. My wife ordered a bowl and her portion was also very lacking. I'm hoping this is just a growing pain. I hope they get better with time but we do not plan on coming back until this restaurant has had more operating time. For the time being, we will go to the one in WVC. I hope the management sees this and fixes any issues that...
