I showed up at about 1:15 in the afternoon for lunch. Word to the wise, I guess you're going to get really dry, old chicken at this time of day. It took everything I had not to say something to her about scraping out the dry chicken from the bottom of the tin. I couldn't believe that they didn't have fresh chicken. It tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Honestly, it wasn't even edible. I think it's pretty sad too because the manager was standing right there. Can you not tell that your chicken is completely overcooked and dry at that point? And then.... right as I was getting ready to leave, I noticed the manager put new chicken out! There was three different workers there and I was told three different times that my gift card had a zero balance when it was brand new. I left and went to the west valley location and my gift card worked right away.

My wife ordered a bowl and her portion was also very lacking. I'm hoping this is just a growing pain.
