KFC — Restaurant in Magna

My wife and I were out in magna visiting some friends, and there is this KFC out here so we decided to go to this one when we live out in Taylorsville so we can bring dinner to our kids not only the customer service was horrible, they didn’t know what they were doing or who ordered what, we had receipts that said something else on our order so we verified if what we ordered was correct we checked and it looked correct. We got home, and come to find out we got someone else’s order which they initially thought it was and then thought we got the correct order and we ended up having stuff that we didn’t order or didn’t want. So we had to not only drive all the way back to magna to show proof that they messed up on our order and to get a resolution out of it (kids at home having to wait and the food get cold) the manager at the time still had no resolve but to get what we ordered yet us having to use a bunch of gas on someone’s mistake, go home to cold food kids not being able to eat then yet to say, “you know what, I don’t even know what they’re doing back there it’s a mess.” She had no compassion, no cares about the service or the situation, and said “here is the store manager information”. Are you freaking kidding me!? Horrible! I would never ever go back to this KFC! I will tell everyone not to go eat there, or order there, cause of the service and also the incompetence of the manager at the time! Never again!!!!!! I will say nothing and keep saying nothing but bad about KFC, especially the magna location one. Yes, I will say the same about all KFC’s if this is how they provide service!...

I guess I should've read the reviews before going here but I was on my way home from work, too exhausted to cook and it sounded better than anything else in the area. Mistake. There were 3 cars in the drive thru when I arrived, all had ordered. I ordered online on my way home, it said it would be was ready at 6:27. I arrived at 6:30. Went in to pick up, not ready. Waited a few minutes beforefew minutes and a girl came in from taking out a doordah order and asked my name. I then heard he tell the back staff (I saw 5 employees) that I was waiting. Several minutes later I heard her ask if they were taking care of my order to which someone responded no. This lovely chick dropped whatever she was doing and threw my order together herself. I appreciate the effort. However, I got no gravy for my mashed potatoes, no butter/honey for the biscuits . The chicken tenders I ordered were just a cut up piece of chicken (there was 2 actual strips for an 8 piece order) and the chicken was lukewarm. Called and spoke with the manager, he apologized and said he must've been in the restroom when my order was prepared (lmao) convenient. Then I had to call the online ordering thing because he couldn't help me since I ordered it online. The lady was super sweet but couldn't transfer me to the refund department, offered me a partial refund unless I wanted it sent higher up. So I shall wait and see what happened. 5 employees on a weeknight with minimal customers in in the drive thru is more than adequate I would think. Just...

Went through the Drive-Thru, The person taking our order was abrupt and seemed bothered to be taking our order to begin with, asking "Is that it?" IMMEDIATELY when I'd finish saying anything, the person taking our order seemed to be super distracted, like he was doing a bunch of things at once. When we got to the window, I was handed the wrong drink, and we weren't at the window any longer than 20 seconds before being told to pull around the building (A normal tactic used by Fast Food Rastaraunts to save on their stats to look like they are giving fast service to their owners), When we did get our food, while I do expect some food to be greasy, it's fast food after all, but everything in the bag had a layer of grease on its wrapping, the presentation was filthy. It should be known too that we arrived and their dining room was a ghost town and there was NO cars in the drive thru, we were the only people there, and we were being rushed along, with the person taking the order to seem so short and distracted with a dozen other things at once seemingly, with my drink being completely wrong and our food being utterly filthy just had no excuse to be so gross. This used to be a good place to go, I don't know what happened...
