I'm updating from a few months ago, which means I don't order out often anymore. I figured a sandwich and not DASH from a burger shop today would be a great idea. The fact that I pay a delivery free is not a big deal. Most of the time, I will tip delivery drivers who are friendly and professional, but getting my order instructions wrong and the sandwich not quite right along with a rude delivery person.... This experience is not worth more than 1star rating, and now I am able to add stars to specific topics. 1star to service also. Over the years, JJ has shown little to no improvement.
I am updating my review from a few years ago. This location was starting to be my new go, too, and now it's a serious no-go at all. I ordered 2 sandwiches and it was somewhat fast however the delivery guy pounded on my door and shoved a receipt in my face and said here fill and the tip and sign this, held my food until it was signed..... in many, many years, I have never needed to sign for an online order and forced to give a tip before getting my food. Really rude delivery person made us feel very uncomfortable and not worth risking another encounter with this person at my home. Tips are based on professional experience and not an extra expense to get my food I already paid for. This location is a joke and no longer worth ordering from. I mentioned Subway in my last review, and now I am sticking to it....

Food is normally good, staff is normally friendly. For a company that offers a super fast delivery is really slow, it shouldn't take 50 mins for 1 sandwich for someone that is just around the corner. I could have drove to subway and back before my sandwich got here. This should be a 1...
   Read moreAbsolute disaster of a drive thru. Last Saturday, I went through the drive thru, and for whatever reason my sandwich was going to take a bit so they had me pull up to a parking spot. Waited in my car about 3 minutes, before having to walk in and find out what is going on. The girl who took my order had a blank look on her face when I asked where my food was, thinking I already got it. So I had to wait an additional 3 minutes for my food inside the restaurant. For a drive thru order! Then yesterday, one week later, I decided to give JJ another chance, because man i really do like the place. Tried the drive thru again to give them a chance for redemption. I ordered, all seems to be going well, I get my food, and as am I'm driving away, the kid calls me back! So I have to put the car in reverse, and go back to have the kid tell me "sorry, your card didn't go through". Check my bag, sure enough no receipt. I asked if they wrapped the halves and I got a blank stare. I asked if it was cut in half at least and she said yes. Nope. It was one long sandwich, and when I opened it to cut and rewrap, it was NOT the #8. They rarely get my order correct. Update February 2023.... Once again I stopped for two sandwiches. They were not marked so when I got home I had to unwrap to see which one was which. Update March 2023.... I stopped for a #10 and a #12. Asked that they mark them. When I got home I had to search for the barely visible numbers. I ate the #10 and took the #12 to work the next day. Something was not right. Oh yeah.. No avocado spread. They forgot to put it on.
