Horrible customer service , I came in to buy a blu ray 3 days ago and want NOT offered a protection plan. I had to fast order cables since it did not come with any to connect it and to my surprise it does not work properly! When I purchased the Blu-ray, I asked if the items were tested and worked they said yes. Mind you I bought it off the Manager. And when I come back to tell them, it does not work they tell me nothing could be done without a protection plan or a receipt. I donāt have my receipt and I was not offered a protection plan. Iāve been ask them. Do you not keep track of yourself yāall should have the item stored with a serial number or something where you can see where it was sold or it shouldāve been sold under my name number , ID something. But once again to my surprise, no it was not sold under anything and they said it couldnāt be tracked without a receipt. I didnāt realize they close the gun cages at a specific time. Logically thinking makes complete sense. Iām currently on crutches so getting there and back is a bit of a pain, but itās not their issue itās mine. The manager let me know they close the gun cages at 5 so of course I was disappointed thinking I would need to come back. She informed me that they would unlock them since it was a struggle to get there. I honestly didnāt expect this and was fully ready to come back the next day with appropriate time to get them out. Not only did they do that, but they gave me a chair to lean on while going through the process and had a gentleman bring the guns out to my vehicle.
