I placed an online order at 7am this morning. Order # 1188450275. I planned to just pick it up at the magnolia store. The app said delivery to my house would be free if the order was placed before 9am.
I decided to save myself a trip and chose delivery. The system said my order would be delivered today. This convenience has turned into a huge headache. I sat around all day waiting for a delivery that never came. At 6:45 PM I contacted the store because I know they close at 7 PM. First, the employee that answered the phone was unable to find my order. I gave him an order number and he located it. Read more6-3-22 - I bought $70+ of feed. I have been buying all my feed regularly and loyally at TSC for years. After arriving home I was loading my feed bins when I discovered a bag of feed had chunks of mold in it . Not only was the new feed worthless, it can be deadly to livestock. The bad bag of feed also contaminated the feed that was already in the bin. I made a second trip to return the bad bag of feed. I asked to get a different brand of feed because the bag of feed I previously purchased had just came off the delivery truck and didn't want to risk getting another bad bag of feed. TSC agreed to take the feed back and said to get another bag of what I wanted. I got a different brand and upon returning to the register was told I would have to pay the difference. A difference of $10+ dollars. I explained I have made 2 trips to TSC. I pointed out gas prices are high and that I buy all my feed from TSC could they please Gratis the bag of feed that was just a $10 difference after the credit. The store manager refused. My mom also went the other day and they would not honor posted prices which is illegal, TSC really should look at the management they have at this store. Before they get sued. Well I did like shopping with them but after doing a simple exchange with a receipt, for a different size shirt and they charged us over 8 dollars more for an simple exchange, I will no longer be shopping here. Especially after asking to speak with a Manager and they refused to get one. The fact that you told me the shirt was only worth the sell price only to change the price when I exchange it is robbery.
