5/23/22 update So today is the first time I went back to this Wendy's since my prior visit. Not much has changed. I asked for a PLAIN bacon cheese burger, w/ coke and Burbon cheese burger meal w/ strawberry lemonade. So two separate bags one with fries wad suppose to be the meal, or so we thought but no. That sandwich was a mixture of the bacon cheese burger with all the trimmings of the bourbon. The one in mine I though was suppose to b my plain was the bourbon. Went in ordered another plain bacon n cheese burger.
So the only difference from my last visit, it took one less try to get it correct. This Wendy's location is a lost cause.
Original review I have to say kind of disappointed, it took two attempts to get my order correct, Plain hamburger, fries and nuggets end up with. Under cooked Fries ( don't ask me how, burned on the outside really cold inside and raw potatory taste.) I settled for a plain Cheeseburger and ended up paying for 2 drinks when it was only 1 I wanted. The food is very IBS unfriendly, your stomach can tell if the food is "fake" by it starting to hurt after, I hadn't even left before it started hurting, too greasy.
This place brand new, so I wanted to test it out. Covid restrictions limiting the table space, which oddly enough is a good thing because the overall feel of the dining area is very cramped, if we ever get back to normal your not going to be able to walk past without pumping into someone. There is not enough spots to park, it is even limited further by them taking away 4 spots for the curbside pick up, and the line of cars backed up onto the road going through the drive threw, does not make for a warm inviting feel.
The parking area, is not exactly friendly to bigger vehicles, if you were to have the window down you could high five the people lined up for the drive threw, I followed two Amazon vans and me in my dodge dakota truck it was a tight fit, between the parked cars on the right and the line of cars on the left.
The most strange part that makes no sense, is the outside seating available, which appeared to be where staff go to smoke, I'm not going to be grudge the smoke break, because while I was there you wonder who would want to sit there, there is no view besides the highway, your on display for the people lined up on the drive threw and the cars coming round the other way, I mean, perhaps there is someone that loves exhaust fumes with their Wendy's meal, It's silly because the few extra feet they used to make the outside seating area they could have extended the building so the inside dining area wasn't so cramped as it is. The architect or designer really underestimated the demand there would be for this Wendy's location if the line of cars wanting drive through is any indication.
This location is brand new, and it is already in a desperate need to expand it's size and area, as it is simply too small overall for traffic, parking and just general service inside. I ended up throwing most of the food away, I force my self to finish the burger after the trouble I went to get it.
I'm sad I really wanted to like this place, excited for it coming to my area, instead of going to Allentown, It's crazy but the standards between two shops of the same food chain could be so completely different is kind of surprising. This particular location makes Mc Donold's food look healthy

This Wendy's has been one that I have ordered at quite a few times, and I have been off-put by the fact that I have to sit there to make sure my order is right. I don't know why, but I feel like I should just be able to trust that it's right, and be on my way. But EVERY time I do ... it's wrong.
Let alone that, I used my coupon the other day- it didn't take off the right amount at all- I asked the cashier about it, and she ushered me to keep driving as if I was a bother (there was no one behind me), and I checked my receipt later and I was right ... it did not take it off.
(a different time) I mistakenly ordered my sandwich improperly and amended it at the purchase window (minor change), and the woman looked at me like I was crazy - I assumed she fixed it, I paid, moved to the 2nd window, and then was told my the male manager that I was out of luck, had to stick with the sandwich they made me, and drive around and purchase another if I wanted the one I wanted. Not for nothing ... But literally when has a fast food place ever been like "oh we made your sandwich wrong? well, you need to order another one now." I was on break, so I just said "oh", and left- but didn't eat because I have restrictions. (It was a larger order so I so I forgot to mention it originally, which was my fault- but still ... I feel like they could have just not given me a sandwich and made me the correct one).
I know in both situations I didn't press, but in both situations, if the person just asked like 2 questions, I would have had a much better experience- and had a correct order both times. If you have an allergy- I would image you need to double check your order before eating it, if they miss stuff like this.

The food is always good, but the orders are not always right. It’s kind of become custom to always check the bags, not because we want to make sure everything is right- but because we need to let them know what’s wrong. I can’t speak to the business of this location, so I’m not sure if that’s it, but they’ve missed food or gotten the order wrong many times, not sure why. They missed our medium fries, and we went home, had to turn around, and then when we got back they gave us a new one that I swear was only half full. It’s the only Wendy’s near by, but I feel like it may be worth it to drive further for a...
Read moreI ordered a kid's meal and got home to find there was no toy in the bag. After calling Wendy's they said I could come in to get the toy or come in to have the kid's meal refunded. I live 20 minutes away, one way. Those options are unacceptable. Wendy's forgot a piece of my order and I get punished twice for it. 1. Having a kid upset because the toy was missing. 2. Having to drive 40 minutes round trip to rectify the situation. After saying neither was a good option they told me I could keep my receipt and get a free meal at a later date.
Update: 10/28-I called to see if I could place my free meal order on the app or in store. The same woman told me I could come get a toy. When I calmly explained that she told me I could get a whole meal she got an attitude and started to argue but when I asked for clarification if a meal would include the toy she got madder and said "I'll give you whatever you want." Her name was Brianne, brynn or something similar sounding. After getting home I saw that the toy wasn't even the cute monster figure they had earlier in the month but it was a cheap paper and plastic puzzle bug thing. And I had to go back in because they forgot a fry which i didnt notice right away because the fries were dumped upside down in the bag with chicken nuggets. When I got home I realized they didn't give me a drink with the happy meal. Poor management. Poor presentation. Poor attitude.
I rarely ever go to Wendy's and this won't keep me...
