this place is horrible....the management on top of ownership, it's pretty sad.
I rarely stop at this location. I decided to stop on my way to work for breakfast, mind you, its not busy what so ever at 7am.
As I arrived to work, no cheese in my breakfast sandwich. I called in to complain, in turn they offered to send a compensation email, which I never received. So I simply showed up the next morning and had them remake my order. They remade my order and to my surprise the order was still missing cheese. I hadn't thought to double check because if you care about your customers, you would make sure its done properly, especially a second time.
I called and spoke to manager Paul. He apologized and said they will send that email they NEVER sent for another meal. 4 days passed and no email. So Monday I decide to go in and had them remake my order. Surely I should have check, but 3rd time of making a mistake they should get it right?! Wronggg!!!
The gave me the same exact thing and no cheese. I called over the weekend, just to speak with a higher up about my whole experience. No one ever returned my call. At this point I just wanted to speak with someone about this minor issue that they cant seem to fix or get right.
I received a call from the owner who said moving forward refused my service. I worked in food industry for 7+ yrs, never would I ever treat my guest this way. No apologies were given until I said at this point I just want an answer and apology. What I got was an "I'm sorry about all of it but we can no longer serve you in the future since we can't make you happy"
I'm super shocked to be totally dismissed by this place. The owner had no emotion towards the issue, nor told me we will speak with the cooks and try our best in future, I mean something?! A genuine apology at the least. All the owner said was we gave you free food, what more do you want. Like you missed the whole point. It's not about replacing my meal or getting compensated. Just get it correct, for...
Read moreI placed a mobile order for 3 sandwiches, 1 order of nuggets, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. I drove from Skokie specifically because I’ve consistently had better experiences with the Golf Mill location compared to the Skokie one. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. One of the sandwiches was missing entirely, which meant someone in my household had to find something else for dinner. Another sandwich was made incorrectly—it was supposed to have no tomatoes or pickles but came with both.
When I called to explain the situation, I also mentioned that we didn’t receive any ranch. The person I spoke with immediately responded, “No, you never ordered ranch.” Whether I did or not, the attitude wasn’t necessary—especially considering the more important issues were the missing sandwich and incorrect order. Instead of acknowledging the mistakes, he made it a point to tell me it’s my responsibility to order sauce and that it wasn’t their fault.
Regardless of the sauce, the main concern was receiving the wrong food and not getting everything I paid for. I expected better from...
Read more1st experience was good but after that, it all went downhill! 2nd visit, I was charged for food I never received. 3rd visit, I took my receipt, explained the situation, the girl said "so did you want me to add it to your order" in which I replied,"that would be nice since I paid for it" and they charged me again. They then gave me my order with even more errors. Was this on purpose? So now I'm really upset 😡, but guess what, they don't have a phone so I call corporate. Explained everything and I get someone who tells me they will have the store call me. I ask when, they can't say... tomorrow marks 2 weeks and still no call!!! Horrible horrible customer service!!! I guess I will have to call again and again until this is rectified. Smh!
*In response to the owner - I requested a call back, not food thrown into an account without any reasoning other than I called your 800 #. How is this okay? I specifically requested a call, as I stated above in my writeup. This is poor customer service. Is this how...
