Service is despicable. I walked into an empty restaurant at 9pm and a man walked in right behind me. There were 4 employees in the restaurant. I was sweeping dining room floor, rest behind the counter. I went first to the bathroom, came out and the man who walked in behind me was standing at the counter, not yet helped, all 4 employees were now behind the counter. The older man in a black shirt as opposed to the red everyone else was wearing (manager? Owner?) was calling out instructions while he was also cooking burgers at the grill. I stood with the other customer at the register watching them with direct eye contact for a good 3 minutes (which means the other guy stood there for probably 5 min more while I was in bathroom). They manager then yells out 5 in the door as more guests enter and proceeds to continue shuffling and cooking and calling out instructions to the rest of staff. Finally after I stood at the register of an empty restaurant for close to 6 minutes, the manager walks over to take my order. I explain I'm picking up an online order and manager points, pick up is over there. Then goes back to the girl and leaves the 5 who came in after us to stand there for a few more minutes before taking their order!! Not a single greeting or eye contact for 11 minutes after walking into an empty restaurant with 4 employees working. Service is terrible. Specifically by the manager, the other 3 staff members were pleasant, but working as instructed and not taking orders.
The food was mediocre at best and no where near the quality I'm used to from a five guys. Can not recommend this...

5 guys is everything you expect in a great burger. If you have never been here, the cheeseburgers are equal to firing up your own grill and getting those juicy thick tasty patties with all the fixings( they call it ' All the way' )American-style cheese melted between 2 fresh patties and placed on a soft, toasted sesame seed bun..
When it comes to fries they're freshly made boardwalk-style fries, cooked in pure 100% peanut oil. Cut fresh and cooked twice – firm on the outside and mashed potato on the inside. So dam good, they are not greasy, they taste like hand cut, fresh and not frozen.
While you're waiting they have tons of peanuts you can scoop up and put in a small basket for you to crack open and eat... for free!
There's self serve. Soda machine to mix and match whatever flavors or your favs. With free refills . The place is usually kept very clean but as you eat the peanuts those shells tend to find their way to the floor. It's well lit, there's tables for those who need to sit in wheelchairs , so it's very accommodating. And there's outdoor seating as well.
The cooks make your burgers to order and & to watch them is fun because they make each burger with lots of care and passion, so when you open up your wrapped burger, it's a big one because they don't smash it and or skimp out on the toppings you want.
A single cheeseburger will put you out for about 10 dollars but they are worth every penny of those 10. Fries run about 5.00 for a small and 6.00 for a medium( they call it '...
Read moreI will absolutely not return. The attitude of the cook staff was shown when asking for something as simple as an extra bag to place my food to-go inside of as an extra layer of protection. They behaved as if they were completely bothered by the request with a dirty look and general demeanor.
When I got back to my office with the food, the amount of fries (regular) was more than half less of what they’ve always given. They used to dump a whole bunch of fries in the bag. This location literally proved an amount equal to what would fit inside of a large adult man’s hands. Literally, a handful. I’ve never seen that at any Five Guys location.
Last issue: did not want to purchase a soda since I had a sparkling water back at my office (actually explained that exact reason), so I did ask their cashier to provide me a cup and to charge me for the cost of the cup- allowing me to take it back with me, filled with only ice. She decided to charge me for a soft drink, three dollars later.
I won’t return to this...
