aimee, hr manager, is discourteous & absolutely unprofessional on all levels. jack the manager/owner, or rather „john”, has his own issues, more info on reddit regarding that …earthmed gives out expired products to „vip members” that pay monthly to receive „benefits” …this place is a joke. truly. i would write more but this review will most likely be taken down. edit: i watched in real time them take down a negative review off here talking about the same concerns i’m writing about, on 09/13. another edit (09/23): the response given to this review is pretty lousy. i have screenshots of the review y’all claim you „didn’t delete” …absolutely no mention in your response of the awful experience aimee provides customers & more importantly employees, nor any mention of jack/john, whatever he wants to be called now i guess. + no mention of how y’all sell expired product to paying vip members, of course, why would you actually address anything worth addressing in this review? news flash, no one will be reaching out to this establishment to „figure things out”, quite frankly i want everyone to know how awful the management is & how this company truly is/operates. you will not be silencing me. you should know as a business how to operate, i shouldn’t have to tell you. embarrassing. if anything i’d suggest you fire aimee the way she lovessss firing others for no reason & jack/john for what he did back in 2009, stop protecting...

Visiting this area and stopped in to check this place out. Security was very short when we came in telling us "You have 5 minutes to close, you better get in and place your order". This while we reviewed the menu and talked to another gentleman about products and selections. It was so bad when we walked into the actual store a lady came running in, in a panic saying "Security told me I got three minutes, I don't even have time to look at the menu". That's terrible customer service. It's not what you do but how you do it. Why not offer the customer an option if you're about to close shortly, can you assist them in making their selections?!? Customer service was lacking in that respect and we felt extremely rushed instead of welcomed our first time in this establishment. The prices are high and you can't view anything you're buying. They go to a cabinet and pull your selections out, almost like a human vending machine. I like the option of being able to view a product before I commit to buying it. Cash only. ATMs on site but they do charge a service fee - of course. Clean facility and the gentleman at the front prior to entering seemed overall knowledgeable of the...
