This location is always a mess. From either saying they are open on Google but showing up only to say it’s closed numerous times. I hate this location so much I’ll drive out of my way 10 minutes to the other location. But today I was in a rush. When I arrived 3 gentlemen were outside the work with them one of them I later met which was the general manager. While trying to pay it took 10 minutes because the kid was having trouble with something and meanwhile it’s 2:30 on a Monday and he has like 10 people staffed inside. As I leave all I hear is the manager saying yeah I’m a nice guy but once you cross me you know, it’s not fun. And I was like wow. I left and then realize they made my sandwich wrong I call go back and the first thing I notice is his eyes. Eyes tell a lot a they tell me he’s on some form of opiates, he asked me what was wrong, but I had called and the remake was already ready. He then opened up the other sun to check he said, then with no gloves opens my new sub to check it then goes I don’t have subs but I’d like you to check it to make sure it’s made how’d you like. Now that’s weird don’t touch my sandwich after you were sitting down at that table with your sweat rag in your hand open my sun and hand it to me to check? Bro I just want my sub made right, that was uncomfortable and weird and not necessary. I would say definitely get a new manager asap. But today was my last time I will waste my time on this mess...
Read moreUnfortunately a horrible experience with this Jimmy Johns Maitland, FL location. Delivery is supposed to be "Freaky Fast", however after waiting nearly an hour for our sandwiches (the store was only 1.4 miles from the drop location)...I called into the store to see where the driver was. I was met with hostility from the worker on the phone (ironically named "John"), claiming they were "super busy". When I voiced that it would have been nice to receive a call to let me know about the delay, or explain to me that wait times were longer than normal at the time of the order... he became irritated and told me he voided my order and hung up on me. I then called back to try and speak to the manager, however "John" saw it was the same number picked up and then hung up on me again. I tried calling a third time and got a young gal on the line who connected me to the manager. The manager was also rude in her tone explaining they were "doing their best"... well if being incredibly rude to your customers, hanging up on them, voiding their orders, and having them wait longer than an hour for delivery, is YOUR BEST, perhaps Jimmy Johns need to seek out new employees... or get...

I asked for oil and vinegar on my sub and the guy at the registered snapped at me “ I can’t add that on your sub” and just moved on with my order not asking any other questions. I Still bought my sub and asked the girl who made my sub for oil and vinegar packets or on the side and even more rude then the first guy gave me the dirties look and snapped “you can’t get that on the side” and walked away. I asked if she was joking, I was so shocked. Pretty sure this is a sub shop, where you can add/ take off any toppings. I get the same sub every time I go here and there’s never been any issues. I would of paid extra or changed my order. That level of rudeness is unacceptable for asking a SIMPLE questions.
