Updated: I've been here 3 times now in under a week. 2 of 3 times the cheese was minimal. I literally looked at other tables and they had cheese galore. 1 visit was busy. The other 1 not busy
female with blonde hair, great eyebrows has all the hospitality. A slice of pizza was sitting at a table for over 10mins as one of the parties hadn't arrived yet and she offered to warm it up.
The BBQ pizza is okay. I didnt like the sauce and the pizza missing cheese really made for a poor experience. And why dice onions, it's such a weird thing when red onion is always thinly sliced on pizza.
I've been eating vegeterian pizza at whole foods and their red sauce pizza is worse than Costco. Lol
I paid $9 for a slice which was hard to sit with but once I saw that box i knew I had got my monies worth. Toppings jalapeños and pineapple cause pineapple belongs on pizza if u know about taste 😜
I wish there was more cheese. Very thin crust not too saucy. It was tasty , reminded me of papa John. I went on a Friday evening so will try again on another day where all my cheese makes it on the pizza.
It was 2 servings for me, which made it worth it because I got the toppings I wanted and whole foods is 4.25 and you can only get their mushrooms carmelized onion with white sauce .
Try their soda water! It's tasty and so much carbonation omg got a few burps which is great because I dont drink Pepsi, coke poisons.
Came back 2 days later Sunday early afternoon, lots of cheese! 1 topping. Idk if that made the difference with the cheese or the fact that it...
Read moreThis was highly praised and I was looking forward to it, but I don’t set a high bar on pizza. I pretty much like all pizza. Until now. First, staff (3 that I could tell) do not seem invested in this place’s success. Person at register was not helpful and seemed disinterested. At no time did she ever ask how we were doing, did we like the food, or if we needed anything. The Caesar salad did not have Caesar dressing on it, it was Italian dressing. The croutons were like stones. The pizza had nearly no cheese on it. It tasted like thin bread with sauce. The reason I mention this is because even a basic slice of pizza should have enough cheese on it to balance out the acidity of the tomato sauce. And it barely had any cheese on it. There was visually, a lack of cheese. And it’s a slice of cheese pizza. If you want to actually get the cheese amount that you would get at any other restaurant on it, you’ll need to pay extra for that. In all honesty, the quality of the food topped by the terrible service really made me feel ripped off. There’s nothing worse in the current economic climate than to feel like you have just wasted your money. I will...

This was my first visit to Lazy Moon. I have passed a few of their restaurants, but always in a hurry and never got the chance. Until now.
I am so glad I did. This restaurant was very spacious, extremely clean and located in the heart of maitland. Only 10 minutes away from my office, bonus!
I was greeted by Luke, and man, that guy is great. He explained everything about the business, their ingredients and even recommended a few items from the menu.
I had a Jason's Mom's slice and it was fantastic. This thing was loaded with fresh, delicious ingredients...the flavor was great. The pizza sauce was a bit on the sweet side, but this was no issue to me. This is definitely a favorite for me. And the before I forget. The slice is as big as a small pizza, so you will leave full! And the dough...gosh. It's sourdough and absolutely delicious. Not a lot of pizza restaurants offer dough with a crust and flavor like that.
My next order will be the "Birria Calzone". That definitely caught my eye and sadly, they were out, since it sells so well.
They also have a full bar, in case you want to have a beer or drink while...
