We’ve now been to eat here twice and here is my feedback… Great location, awkward seating experience as there is a podium with no one there and when you walk in, no one really greets you and you are sort of left on your own to figure it out. The garlic knots were fantastic, the salad I got was great, but the pizza came out lukewarm, which was disappointing for a $20 small pizza. I think the staff may have been waiting until we got through with the garlic knots because it was kind of sitting on the counter for a while. Love the free olives in Rosemary they give you when you sit down, that’s a plus. The staff was a bit ditzy. The female server was playing with a male server’s hair at the counter over the pizza which was odd and then when I went to pay, I tried to pay in cash, but was told they only accept cards. This was not indicated anywhere in the restaurant that I could see. I checked on the way out and ironically, there is a sign that says there would be a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions. so the only way to pay is with a card and then you get charged at 3% surcharge. Management, please figure this out because I see how hard you are trying. The recipes are great, you have good weekly specials and the food is all overall very good. You need to have more clear signage, a better check-in experience and have some adult there to watch the millennial...
Read moreThis casual Italian pizza joint is a hidden gem that offers a delicious and authentic dining experience. While the pizzas are undoubtedly the star of the show, it's the garlic knots and kale salad that truly steal the show.
The garlic knots are a must-try. Baked to perfection, they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The generous amount of garlic, combined with the creamy Pecorino cheese and a hint of spice from the chili flakes and oregano, creates a flavor explosion in every bite.
The kale salad is a refreshing and healthy option on the menu. The lightly blanched kale is just right to soften it a bit, while the Pecorino cheese adds a touch of saltiness. The scratch-made Emperor's dressing is the perfect complement, balancing the bitterness of the kale with its tangy and sweet notes. The golden raisins and candied pecans provide a delightful crunch and a burst of sweetness.
As for the pizzas, they are true Neapolitan-style masterpieces. The crust is thin and chewy, with a perfect char from the wood-fired oven. The high-quality cheeses, which are free of any straight mozzarella, melt beautifully and provide a rich and satisfying flavor.
If you're looking for a casual Italian restaurant that serves up delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further. So happy to have a Pizza Bruno on the north-side of Orlando metro in Winter Park /...

LEGIT..... one word.... LEGIT. Pizza is just unreal. Service was great, line out the door and they were firing off pies with ease.
Started with the burratta/prosciutto which was delicious, moved on to an OG Pie, basic cheese which was thin, crispy, you could actually taste the different cheese which was perfect. Son amd I split the Roni.... pepperoni, Calabria Chilli, hot honey and man did it hit the spot, nice about of heat mellowed out a bit with the sweetness of the honey.
GM was there, came over and chatted us up, interacted with my kids, showed them how to make garlic knots....
Will 100% be back to try the other pies and salad garlic knots looked marvelous.
