My homegirl and I went to Howdy's on 07/24/21 after our long hike. We wanted something sweet and we stumbled upon Howdy's. I ordered the sweet potato fries and the key lime pie. Let me tell YOU, the moment the key lime pie entered my mouth, I was in HEAVEN, okay!? The fries were amazing but this KEY LIME PIE!?!?!??!!? The buttery, graham cracker crust just crumbles into you mouth. The explosion of key lime and the velvet smooth texture of the pie filling is something to behold! And don't even get me started on their Churros! My homegirl ordered those and I almost devoured them too! Okay back to the pie, it's truly an experience. We even met the owner! Best believe, me and my homegirl will be back! Don't sleep on Howdy's. Omg, and our waiter was the absolute best. I wish he told us his name though. Anyway, go to Howdy's!...

Read moreI have been here a few times and each time, I can't wait to go back. Today, I got their popular item, the Lobster Burrito (bomb sauces) and the Salmon bowl. They were both outstanding. The fish in both dishes was fresh and the portions were very generous. I love that they serve the food on a 'real' plate and not plastic. The service was great and the fact that the owner, Ian, makes the rounds, talks to people (he was so nice) is a true tribute to supporting small local businesses. Forget the over-hyped/crowded chain, Broad St Oyster, which is nearby, come support this local gem and you won't be disappointed. I plan to come back and try their new sushi establishment next store. ...
