Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Manassas

Best service I have had from a Domino’s Pizza, in years. Domino’s is not my typical go to for pizza, but my kids talked me into taking them in for a carry out order. I gave the young gentleman my order, which would have only qualified for a discount if I upsized my small pizza to a large. No one in my household has a fondness for my veggie type pizzas, so I turned down the offer as I prefer not to waste nor do I want to stare down that barrel of a carb filled gun. Remind you, I was talked into this moment of weakness by my kids. So another gentleman steps in and finds another option to upsize my husband’s pizza giving me a lower price then I would have had by keeping it as a medium. Great! Money saved, and husband left to fight the carb monster. Win, win! So the young gentleman comes back over and rattles off my order. It was fast, and it sounded right from what I could hear. I wait my fifteen minutes and they call my name. Oh dear. There are only my husband’s and my pizza, and our breadsticks sitting in front of me. My kid’s half pepperoni and cheese is missing. Oh well, I figure I missed it. Let’s just pay for the missing pizza and wait a little while longer. Not even an option. The gentlemen behind the counter took it as their mistake and made the pizza right away at no additional charge to me. Now, I am pretty sure this was my fault for not having the young gentleman repeat the order one more time. Very few places you go these days that own up to making their customers feel a VIP, and taking ownership to not only go above and beyond to save me money, but taking care of a situation that may not have been entirely (or at all in this case) their fault. So the next time I am in the area, and my kids call my attention to Domino’s, I will cave...

Hi Domino’s Owner!!! Hope you have time to read this review, I don’t like any other pizza but Dominos..I’ve been Domino’s customer for years..but 5 week ago I had a bad experience at your store.they made a wrong pizza and they said will give me a credit for a free pizza next time, They ask me for my phone number to get the credit in the system..but every time I call to claim for my free pizza I speak to the same guy Robert, a very mean one that only knows how to argue with customers.. today I called again and He answered again saying the same thing over and over that the store manager Julls is not there that’s why he can’t give me the credit because he can’t see it in the system, so now there is 2 mistakes made for you guys, first made a wrong pizza and now you didn’t put my credit for a free one in the system..this is not my problem.You guys made the mistake and you have to...

If i could give no stars I would. Walked in to get a pizza i ordered curbside but decided I’d go into to pick it up inside (figure have them work less). I brought my service animal in who by federal law is allowed at any establishment. I was then told to step outside because dogs are not allowed. I proceeded to tell the gentleman he is a service animal (he is wearing a tag that says so) and he says something along the lines of “yea well please go outside”. So I was handed my order outside of the establishment.
