This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole entire 62 years. I’ve had to call four times spoken into two different managers, Mohammed and Tina and the general manager, Michael, who I’ve advised of the worst experience and he totally agreed and gave us a credit, I just called to place an order and was advised again by Mohammed, who is a manager stating that I need to speak to Michael, the general manager who should have been in at 5 PM Regarding my credit. Can someone explain to me how you speak to two managers of the restaurant establishment but yet refer me to the GM to place an order when I’ve advised both of the manager of the horrible food that we received, but yet still tell me that they want me to speak to the GM Michael. But yet they are being sponsored by The commanders and it’s being an advertise to call them in order from them. How can a manager of a restaurant not assist you or even apologize for the experience that we had and tells me I’ll take your number and name and have the GM call you oh and by the way, I never received the call. I had to call three times and today is my full-time calling.. At this point, we don’t even wanna order or ever use them and they should be ashamed of themselves To be called managers and honestly should be terminated. If I was a GM of this establishment and they have advised me not once not twice but three times that I need to talk to the GM and supposedly he’ll call you, You should not have the title of a manager. You’re just an employee. Because if you were a manager, you have the authority to make a decision on behalf of the restaurant and at least freaking apologize for the experience.a Customer had. Very very...
Read moreI've ordered from this location twice since moving to manassas from fairfax. The location in fair lakes was substantially better.
Both times my order has taken over an hour to be delivered. The first time the pizza was overcooked. The second time I simply ordered a salad. Nothing else, just a chicken salad. It still took over an hour to be delivered and when the driver, Patrick, finally showed up he had the audacity to ask me to "come outside" to pick up my food from him. Friend "I" tipped "YOU" for delivery. You weren't tipped to drive it close enough or to call me and ask me to do half the work after you are already extremely late on the order.
The manager offered to refund my money and let me keep my food but I turned it down. I'm not out to try to get something for free when I patronize a business.
I ordered at least three times a week from the fairfax location and never had any issue. I've literally spent THOUSANDS with this chain and because of this driver's terrible customer service and this locations inability to deliver food on time, I will not be ordering from any paisano's again.
Spend your money elsewhere, like a location that actually has a clock so they can be relatively on time, or a location that has drivers who don't expect you to do half the work on top of a delivery fee and a %20 tip.
The rating shouldn't be one star or even zero. It should be negative since they expect you to perform half of their...
Read moreThis is in regards to the Manassas location specifically. I knew I was seeing a pattern regarding food quality/apportionment, but since it never came up as a discussion, I just quit ordering- I figured if you want my business, do better.
Then, several friends pointed it out TO ME. So now, I must review. This location’s management has decided that cost savings will need to come from less ingredients/less quality. Bad move- people paid for that quality, I’ve found that pickup service is the most impacted - very low quality.
I speculate that it may be related to tipping expectations for pickup services, it may not, but the incidental food quality difference seems to associate. A friend used to the Alexandria location quality ordered from my home and was so disappointed that she’ll never order from this location again.
I personally have ordered from Paisano’s Falls Church, Alexandria, and Manassas locations. This one has become a disappointment, and I ordered from this location weekly for years! Something happened, and other proprietors/establishments are simply much better.
Today, for example, there’s pizzas available for only $5! It’s truly not worth it.
I gave the service 3 stars not for their service itself, but the possibility that the quality loss is self-inflicted by someone in the location.
I hope this helps, Paisano’s. Someone needs to go...
