It was Saturday at 9:30 when the half hour left until closing time. The woman on the phone with me was just incredibly rude and I've never seen such a disregard for customer service in my life. I have a history of guest services at hotels and as well as working at hospitals so I know good customer service when I see it and more importantly I know the worst when I see it. She seemed to ask me one question from the gecko and that was how soon are you going to be here and when I couldn't understand what you meant by that she hung up on me. I called her back made me a minute later and she let the phone ring through and didn't answer. I called the third time at about 18 of 10 Enchanted again got frustrated when she found out it was me and promptly have to fight again. Not only would I not purchase Lee ever eat at and Nola's Pizza and Deli after the terrible customer service I received but I will also make sure that I tell you everybody that asks about how unbelievably disrespectful and just poor customer service does that girl exhibited on the phone I know things are busy I've been there before I'm not trying to be a Karen but man you going to lose customers if you don't put that girl it's Jack because he was incredibly rude all right thank you...

SAVE YOUR MONEY Rude people every time I’ve ordered whom ever picks up the phones for ordering is extremely rude and rushed you off the phone because of rushing order isn’t correct I’ve ordered because it was good many years ago not the same now so to skip to the story of what happened ordered very simple, meatball sub and provolone toasted delivery came and started unwrapping it gave half the usual amount like 3 meatballs cut in half more bread then anything maybe a slice of cheese but bread was also slim looked hulk squeezed and lifeless not too appealing then get to bite into it they put frozen meatballs in the sub mind you still frozen after it was toasted how I don’t know or why and it was sent off to me when I called and said hey the meatballs in the sub are frozen she then responded I made that SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO i responded with what anyone else would do make it right in what ever way you can she said okay I’ll just send one back and you need to give the other one back yes mam I will do so you can have these frozen meatballs back that im pretty sure you intentionally did because you’re impatient and wasn’t caring about what you serve people in food service these are the things...

Sad I had to take a few stars off my original review. My boyfriend and I have been going here since we moved to Manchester. It’s been our go to pizza shop and the food was great. We usually get the same thing…a pepperoni pizza and buffalo chicken finger dinner, every once in a while we would change it up we would get a buffalo chicken pizza and fries and onion rings. The buffalo chicken pizza is a specialty pizza and I use to love it! It use too have a lot of chicken on it and a buffalo sauce that was mixed with shredded chicken and cheese. It was a good size in thickness without having the crust get super soggy. We recently have gotten it after not getting it for a long time and man was I disappointed. It was so thin with barely any chicken on it and barely any buffalo sauce and they completely took away the shredded chicken. We basically got a pizza crust with barely any buffalo sauce and cheese.
