Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester

Friendly staff. Unfortunately, It seems this Dunkin' donut location is inconsistent with how other Dunkin' donuts locations and the Dunkin' donut app makes iced coffee drinks. When I ask for a small mocha iced coffee with cream, I only get one cream unless I specify two; However on the Duncan app they always give you two mocha and two creams for a small iced coffee. I have a feeling when the staff member goes to order the drink they must not know the requirements and just leave it with whatever initially pops up in their system. I like this Dunkin' donuts and will continue to go there since they are close to home, but now I make sure I request the correct number of creams that Dunkin' donuts lists for the size drink I...

Stopped in for a coffee latte. 8.00 dollars and it tasted like watered down coffee. The person behind the counter informed us after he gave us the drinks They did not have the ingredients needed to make the drinks correctly. So why didn't you tell us that before you made the drinks. A very good experience at this Dunkin' location. Unfortunate that there is a car cleaning business immediately adjacent to the driveway because when the water starts blasting it is a little bit hard to hear the Dunkin' employee through the speaker system.
