In the summer, I work for one of Dunkin’s promotional branches. They typically give us Dunkin cards to be used at any store. As of right now, I have more than $300, ready to be spent. During the rest of the year, I work as a teacher in the town of Manchester. This is a very convenient location as I dive by it, every single day on my way to work. I have gone to this location only 4 times, and every single time something negative happens (for identification purposes I will be describing some of the employees).
Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the customer service at this location is the worst. The first time I went to this store, I ordered a large signature latte, and they gave me a small one. I informed the lady at the window, and she visibly got upset and rolled her eyes at me. She proceeded to tell me, “Oh well, this one is already made, we have a line, and I’m not doing the price difference”. I remind her that I use a coupon for a free any-size drink. I asked her to give me my correct size and I offered to pull to the side, to not disturb the car flow. After calling her manager (a petite black woman), they just made another one and reminded me that it was me who messed up.
The next day, same order, same crew, they gave me an Iced Latte. I let them know again that,” this is not what I ordered” and pointed at my dash camera. She replied, “Well I have a line” and signaled me to just drive away. I left.
I decided to avoid this location, if possible.
Several weeks passed and the schools had a 2-hour delay, so I decided to buy a box of hot chocolate for my student. Same manager, same crew. I asked them at the drive-thru, to please give me enough cups for my students. They gave me a box of hot chocolate, with a sticker that said hot chocolate, filled with hot coffee. After school, I came back to return the untouched box. A very sweet young woman (she is medium-sized size, Caucasian), told me that, she made that order earlier and the same staff that had given me poor service in the past, told her to put coffee, she questioned it, because it had a sticker that said otherwise, but they told her to just do it.
Today 1/17/24, 9 am, the Same story, a 2-hour delay. This time I decided to come inside. Maybe it's me, maybe it's my accent, maybe I’m the problem. They were visibly busy, I said hello to a young lady with an afro, and she said hello back and continued what she was doing. I waited. When she finally came to take my order, I asked for two hot chocolate boxes for my students. She rolled her eyes, growled out of discomfort, and told me “The hot chocolate machine is not working” and walked away. I also wanted a drink, but she didn’t care.
At this point, I'm starting to take it personally and I can’t help to think it's because of my heavy accent. If that is the case, I will start warning my students not to come to this location, since I don’t want any of them to go through this discriminatory...
Read moreI quickly remembered why I stopped going to this location. You walk in and it's not very clean. There are people sitting around out front or inside waiting for you to leave so they can ask you for cigarettes or money or whatever. The staff that works there overall is ok but there are a few employees there that need to check their attitude. They are rude and be prepared to wait... they will tell you to wait while they handle drive through (which is always backed up) and when they finally got to you to take the order if you have anything a certain way DOUBLE CHECK IT... but be prepared to catch a snotty attitude when you ask them to fix it. My last trip here I ordered a small coffee and a bagel toasted with plain cream chz and my mothers order which consisted of a sm coffee and a donut. My coffee was ok (cant screw up coffee with just milk) but my bagel wasn't toasted it was basically warmed up and the cream chz was just a blob of it in the center of the bagel. My moms coffee wasn't the way she wanted it and when she asked for more cream and sugar she was told to use the sugar packets near the door and they handed her a small cup with more cream in it. All the while being extremely rude.. there was a young lady working that I normally see at the location on west middle turnpike near cvs, and she was trying her best but anything she asked a question on she was given a rude answer. Like she obviously doesn't work in this location and doesn't know where they keep stuff. Moving on... the gentleman behind me was about to order and they tried handing him a random order but when they realized they mistook him for someone else they gave him an attitude because they had to make his order(like it was his fault they screwed up). I generally don't do dunkies as a rule except for the location near cvs because LITERALLY every single time I go to a different dunkies I get the wrong stuff or the employees are just rude. I would leave zero stars for this place if I could but you cant so one star it is. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, your better off with the overpriced garbage at Starbucks. Or you can do yourself a solid and just drive down broad street and go to the GOOD dunkies on west middle turnpike...
Read moreI came to the dunkin donuts and I came here twice today. The first time was around 5 PM. And I ordered a sandwich and a coffee. I so wait almost 20 minutes for the order. And then the gentleman was rude and the food was cold. My coffee was cold and the food was cold. I paid for it went on my way since I was going to church. I came back and I said. Let me try them one more time. Let me just get a cup of coffee. I ended up at the drive through again. Ask for my coffee. The gentleman didn't confirm my order left the screen there. Then ask can I help you again? And I ordered my begin and rudley. He told me well. I was already done with you. Didn't mention that he was done. Didn't ask me. I was finished didn't ask me if I wanted to order anything else. Very rude service. I'm waiting to see if my coffee is cold for a second time. So this time he couldn't even get the coffee correct. He gave me a black coffee with cream on the side and 5 splendas. When I asked for a medium-hot coffee, extra light with splendas. And then he had an attitude with me. After I told him not to charge me. He still went ahead and charged to my card. I'm sorry but the people you have working here Do not have customer service and don't know how to make a simple order...
