The food was delicious. The hosts were kind and helpful at the beginning and end of our time in. The absolute problem I had here today was with our waiter. It took 10-15 minutes for him to approach our table for the first time, during a time frame that wasn't so busy given it was a Saturday. During our entire experience at the table, he delivered our drinks, then our food wasn't even brought to us by him, then finally he check in on us one time. When we finished eating, we sat at the table for 25 minutes while he was tending to tables around us. He not once asked if we needed anything. at several points he was off to the side, made eye contact with us, but never walked to our table. It was only after we stopped a host, after she seated another party, for our ticket and To go boxes that he approached. Not understanding what was going on, and asked her what the problem was. Now I don't speak fluent Spanish but I understand it, and I understand body language and tone of voice. If I do decide to go back, I will ask to move tables if I see him walking our way. 15 minutes after we've been seated, that is. He not once even told us his name, nor did he have a tag on his shirt. Im not local, just passing through. Food was absolutely fantastic, our server Tania (Tonya?) was delightful and we shared some things about motherhood and having "decisive" tiny humans who hate one thing yesterday, love it today. My kiddo had pink lemonade, hated it before, loved it last night. I had to leave early, boxed up my food and left in a rush but I wish I could have stayed longer just for her. The food was amazing, but rarely do you find someone who has sunshine in their soul. And she did. Girl, if you see this, or if your managers do, I hope you get some recognition, because you earned it. They're lucky to have you. I can rave about the food all day, it'd seriously sublime, but this review is really about her service. The atmosphere had a positive, bustling, busy energy but not spastic like restaurants can get. And it was a Friday night, lots of families. Happy people, eating delicious food, on a beautiful hot almost-summer day in Manchester TN. I will totally stop again next time...

The only reason I am giving this place a two star review is because of our experience that happened today! We have come to love this place and drive 35 minutes to come eat here but after today I’m not sure we ever will again, the food was fabulous and atmosphere was perfect but we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable when the waiter consistently kept touching our son! The first time he did it to say hello was no big deal but then every single time he came over to our table he would make a point to touch our son who was in a highchair either on the face or his arms, it got to the point that he would be going to someone else’s table and make it a point to walk right past our table to touch our son yet again! It was extremely unsettling and absolutely not okay! Again I do not mind you saying hello to my children but absolutely DO NOT take it upon yourself to touch my kids multiple times! With all the weirdos in the world now a days you really need to teach your staff to keep their hands...
