Overall, this place is five stars for the food. Service-wise I truly think they could use a little work. We were excited to come into here and were greeted promptly, but my husband had a corn muffin he had brought in because we were walking other areas before. Our server told us they don't accept outside food in here and that's fine, I understand that. But the tone was a little rude which kind of set the tone for the rest of the stay. I tried to let it go and enjoy the meal. We complied, no big deal. It was our fault we shouldn't have had it. And then towards the end, I ordered another diet coke as I was under the assumption it was a free refill per usual. I'm gonna also assume it said that in the menu, but I didn't see the fine print so a little heads up would have been nice before getting the bill. Then we got attitude when we asked. It's just the tone. The whole place is cute and food is super yummy. Some of the best breakfast in town. Perhaps the service can keep up and I'd say a full 5 stars all over.

We're in Vermont traveling like everyone else. A little more warmth from the locals would be so sweet. We're not all rude. Some of us are just trying to enjoy the beautiful scenery and enjoy our stay.

The most horrible customer service I have ever seen! Came in for breakfast for 9 people and immediately got faced with extreme attitude. Got told very angrily that they would NOT put multiple tables together after we simply asked to sit in two separate booths next to each other as we are two families and were going to sit separably but wanted to chat. We then had them come up and inform us we could not bring a water bottle in because they thought it was vodka very rudely not a question but more of a yell towards us even though we were very kind and immediately put it back into out car outside. We then heard them as they whispered to the ONE other table not empty that they would get their orders now before that huge and annoying group came in but we had been quiet and very nice the whole time. We would have spent loads of money and been very amiable however they seemed to not want customers even though they were nearly completely empty. I have never felt more unwanted and...
