Subway — Restaurant in Manchester

Most terrible customer service! My daughter which is 19 ordered two footling subs online and got charged over 16 dollars, she went to go pick them up for 7:00pm which they are open until 9:30 PM but the kid was closing the doors at 7 and said he wasn’t supposed to be working she asked where are my subs basically said it wasn’t his problem. We have drove over there twice it is on the other side of town for us and they won’t refund her money back. They took our phone number and said the manager would call us but has not. This has been going on for a week I suggest I get a call soon or further action...

Only one worker working in the establishment on Sunday.. two people in line and she’s working on mobile orders. Knew we had to wait awhile and had to use the restroom. Get down there and realize you need a code to get in. I go back to the front and ask her for the code and she says “you’ll have to wait and give me a few minutes I’m busy right now” will never go back. We walked out and went to Jersey Mikes.
