Sbarro — Restaurant in Manchester

Got a coupon for my birthday. The coupon specifically states it expires 2 weeks FROM my birthday. That means it was good for the rest of the month. I went up to one of the workers, showed them the coupon and he claimed it was already expired. I explained the 2 weeks from the date and he still told me no, again claiming it was already expired. I went not even 5 days after my birthday which means I was within the 2 weeks. Walked away because I don't know how much clearer I can explain "2 weeks FROM" to someone. It's only a slice of pizza but the fact that they were in the wrong and incompetent about plain English is what makes me never want to...

First they fed my mom raw pizza then the manager got an attitude with me and started laughing at me and talking about me to her employees. Not only that but she was touching her face and hair then proceeded to touch the pizza. I'm contacting corporate about the behavior and uncleanliness. My mom was halfway across the food court and saw her behavior and what she said about me. Again. Terrible experience....

They give huge slices of pizza that taste good, however it seems that they are always out of one ingredient or another.
