The aroma as you walk by this wonder establishment is so tantalizing that you may feel like you won the scent lottery. As you open the door, the employees know that you're ready to tear into some juicy delectable poultry.

The Coca-Cola lined wall greets you with an illuminated sense that even though darkness may reign on Manchester some days, Chicken & Biscuit is about to lighten your mood.

Usually a rerun of a show is playing on their stupendous display of video quality. It's hard to feel like you're getting ripped off in any form. The menu has seemingly over 100+ options.

The mannerism of the employees is one of superb stature. Always down to make sure you're getting the top quality experience in a relatively inexpensive joint.

I would sell a limb if I knew this place was soon to go out of business. This place is so amazing. The potatoes or pre-cooked fries they use are seasoned so well that I could hear my grandmother get jealous about someone using a better spice mix than herself.

The gender-neutral bathroom is spacious enough to feel like the owner really wants you to not feel like your stay should be any less than ten minutes. You were meant to be there.

The Chicken is the best chicken in the whole city and one of the best chicken joints in the entire New England area. If you want quick and easy food that won't sell you out, I couldn't think of a better location. Please enjoy their tenders or their chicken fries.

So i just went to this place last night and last time with my wife and a baby. I bought 15 pieces, when the guy started to pack my order, my wife mentioned that i should ask him if the chicken was old. I asked the guy and he said it is only been sitting here about 15 minutes under the heat shoot. I know for a fact the chicken pressure cooker take about 13 minutes to cook, it will take about 20 to cool down without the heat shoot but by the look chicken looked old and cold. I just live over the brigde, it takes me not even 10 minutes to get home. Unfortunately the chicken was very dry, cold and chewy like it was sitting for at least an hour. They were not busy at all. I would not recommend this place to my family or friends because the cashier was not honest. He lied when i asked him if the chicken was fresh. My parents are elderly visiting me from NY and they could not even eat...

Actually ZERO stars… My recent visit to USA Chicken & Biscuit left much to be desired. The chicken tenders I ordered were overcooked and dry, making them nearly inedible. Despite bringing this to the attention of the manager, I was met with reluctance to address the issue or provide a refund. He stated that and I quote “We don’t give refunds for food that leaves the building.” IS THIS CLOWN SERIOUS? His shortcoming of professionalism & business management is comical. The lack of accountability and poor quality of food make it difficult to recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience. How unfortunate for this establishment….. So, here I am happily giving this business a terrible review & also using the tried and true marketing technique of “word of mouth” I wouldn’t recommend this DUMP to my worst enemy!
