Margaritas Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Manchester

First time visiting Margarita on a Sunday due to my graduation celebration. Party of 6, place was empty and some tables did have a large party. The waitress was very polite and nice, but due to the lack of employers and the kitchen being extremely slow. First, we got seats that were dirty, I think the host who seats people should consider checking seats and everything around to see if they are cleaned. If not, to notify a member of the crew to clean immediately. So, we moved ourselves to the nearest one. Our drink orders were placed and they said the tortilla chips will come first as a complimentary. It took almost 35min!! Maybe 40min for them to come out. Because the kitchen was backed up and the waitress kept telling us "it's coming", but it never came out..lol we were so hungry by then that we finished the chips pretty fast, and almost walked out. Our food was placed while waiting for the 35min wait of chips. We literally waited almost an hour to get our food. I mean if you know there is a celebration near by going on, call more employees to come work. Very slow! The table next to us was left dirty since we came in and was still uncleared after we left..lol also some carpet areas were dirty w food, I did not like that at all. I will never come back here again and I will never tell anyone to go with a big party. Maybe it's a different story eating at the bar. I guess you get better service when it's packed then...lol Because being that it was slow, we got the worse. Crazy. No disrespect to our waitress she was fantastic and did her job well and the food...

When we first arrive we took a bar seat and notice that there where two plates that look as if it was just brought out, but no persons to attend to it. Order drinks, which was a Patron Margarita, not strong at all, and was given a menu. After about a couple a minutes we knew what we wanted. It took damn near me 45 minutes, place wasn't even crowned, to get the girl attention to order my food. I had to get the attention of the person who she was near on the other side of the bar to get her attention to check by with us on ordering. After we order she never came by to check on us for refills or to see if we wanted more drinks. I had to ask the waitress who was waiting tables to serve us more drinks. Now food took about 20 minutes to be prepared and one plate was burning hot and the other plater was damn near room temp cold. Had to send the one plate back didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. So after eating it took another 20 to 30 minutes to get anybody attention for me to pay my bill. Now I see why the plates was left there when we arrive and the people left without paying. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE ONE GIRL AND THE BARTENDERS WAS NOT WORKING THE WHOLE BAR. (I was just on a layover for a day, wasn't familiar with the area ...

As someone who used to work in the food industry, I always try to be as understanding as possible, but this place is beyond my tolerance. My food didn't come after waiting for like 45m-1hour. Nobody ever came to my table to say anything. I'd be ok to wait longer as long as they communicate the reason, but they can't just expect customers to wait there that long and say nothing! I asked the server to box whatever food they finished and stopped everything else as I needed to leave. Still, they made me sit there again for 15 minutes, handling other customers so the kitchen could make my food or something. Then they came handling the bill to me, not even saying sorry or anything. "HERE IS YOUR BILL". That's all. Excuse me? How can you be that rude? I was polite to you guys all the time, not even got mad or yelling or anything. I paid for the bill, left some tips, went home and immediately threw the whole pack of food to the trash can. It looks terrible, and judging from the way they treated me, I can't trust them to not spit in my food or something similar. So yeah, the food went directly to the trash bin. Wasted 1h30m of my life and a good amount of money for this. By far the worst...
