I just had the worst experience ever! I came across this rude employee today. She went off on me in front of lots of other customers and some of them were children. She was upset that I pressed a button on the machine. After I pressed the button, I can hear her yelling all the way from the back to the front. I explained to her that her behavior was extreme unprofessional and the way she was communicating her message was inappropriate. She agreed that she could’ve communicated her message better but never apologized and kept saying bizarre things how she was going to get fired. After she was done yelling at me, I asked for her name (since she wasn’t wearing her name tag) and she completely ignored me and walked to the back. When she went back you can hear her slamming things around. After I paid for my yogurt, I asked another associate for the rude employees name but refused to give it to me as well. I told the employee I wanted to privately email yogurtland about my experience. The rude employee came into the conversation and was yet again very confrontational. My kids and their friends love this place! The place is always packed with young people and line almost always out the door. Staff is really friendly and accomodating.I wasnt a yogurt lover at all.. but got curious with why my kids always wants to come here every week..so i tried it. So yummy! No sampling at the moment, but you can get self serve froyo with a sanitized gloved hand. Then toppings are put on by the person behind the counter. Cashless transactions only, so only credit card, Apple, Samsung, and Google Pay are accepted.
