⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service Even at Closing Time!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Infinito's Pizza. My daughters and I arrived late, just before closing time, but the staff's hospitality was absolutely exceptional. Instead of rushing us out, they made us feel completely welcome and valued as customers.

The standout service came from Frankely, who was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Despite it being the end of their shift, he only began cleaning up once we were ready to leave. Similarly, Shirley in the kitchen was amazing - she accommodated our special pizza request without any hesitation.

Speaking of the food - the pizzas were delicious and impressively maintained their perfect serving temperature throughout our entire meal. The kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their work and it shows in the quality of their food.

What truly sets Infinito's apart is how they treated us despite being late customers. At no point did we feel unwelcome or pressured to leave, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. This level of hospitality is increasingly rare and deserves recognition.

My family and I went to infinitos tonight 1/29/24 when we walked in they were packed with a huge party with mad kids. The kids were a little wild to say the least however that's not the point. I want to give a huge shout out to the employees that were working tonight we had Diego on register and he treated us right at the door with a smiling welcoming smile and was super polite and friendly, then we had Giselle working the dining room and let me tell you all for only being 3 days in she rocked it like a champ. She even came around and asked if we had any special requests to make for pizza to tell the girls making pizza. She did an amazing job at keeping up with everything and keepong up with the messes being made. Lastly I want to shout out to the pizza girl Lisa and and manager on duty and also doing pizzas Shirley. They were amazing rocking out the pizzas and even went out of their way to make a special order pizza with being busy. The staff tonight all did amazing and deserve a huge shout out recognition and a raise. Thank you infinitos Lancaster for doing such an amazing job especially for having as much as you did to deal with tonight. I definitely recommend going to this place. They have great food and their blueberry and apple dessert pies are killer go on over and...

So I have been going here for years. Not because it’s good because it’s just ok but because it’s easy and cheap. The place has been going downhill for years. The bathrooms are always dirty, the soda a juice fountains are always broken, and the salad was always brown. With that said the staff was always friendly. Today however was the last straw. My family walked in. Immediately we were greeted very rudely and the person behind the counter said we couldn’t be seated for 45 minutes to an hour. This is a pizza buffet joint. Not a typical restaurant. Now they had about six to seven pizzas out and the place was between 1/3 to half full. It wasn’t packed and it wasn’t busy. I could see they also had salad out but I don’t know about the pasta. What I do know is that they could have clearly seated us plus more the staff just didn’t want to take care of any one else. My family and I eat here a minimum of every other month. Not any more. Not ever the last good thing they had was a friendly staff but not anymore. I am sorry to lose this establishment to our evenings out or for a quick lunch but it’s not worth it. I am truly sorry about not being able to eat here anymore but you can only give a place so many chances before you...
