Don’t even bother with this subway. Save yourself the misery and drive another 5 minutes to any of the other ones in Lancaster County. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, I mean I get it, it’s a Subway what should I expect. I expect at least a hint of professionalism. Only one couple and my 3 sons in line. The one woman working freaks out and walks away and then out into the dining room to sit for her break, or did she quit on the spot? Who knows. That left one guy working. When asked how many subs and I said 4 (literally one foot long and six inch and two kids subs) he sighs and rolls eyes. He makes the subs, which took all of 5 minutes. I tell him exactly what we needed for drinks which again, we already had two kids meals. So it was a small drink, Gatorade and a water. Apparently it confused him. Once I paid I asked for my small cup and I get a point and “there” for me to grab my own cup behind the plastic partition by the register. And I’m not sure if management looks at these or not, I’d assume not but maybe some re-training to the two employees you had working on the evening of May 2nd would go a long way. Read moreHonestly I am not the type to leave a review but I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. I was there around 7pm on Sept 30. I have a coupon for 4 six inch subs for $10. So the woman making my sandwich decides to make two footlongs because we choice the same bread for the 4... but they were different sandwiches. Didn't even cut them in half until the end. Sauce was everywhere, didn't even use her knife to place all the toppings into the sub, used a dirty knife that looked like it was cutting all the sandwiches that day. While it took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, the man behind us was waiting while no one greeted nor helped him because the other girl decided placing napkins out and doing the chip rack was more of a priority. Needless to say we had to get home and reconstruct our subs. From someone that works at subway this was totally embarrassing and the customer service was horrible. Read moreI walked in and right off the bat the lady that was serving me didn’t have the best energy and I could tell that she was judging me, she was rolling her eyes and whatever I told her to do she would do the opposite for example I told her that I was eating in and not taking the food out but she still put my food in a bag and she didn’t even politely or gently put in a bag, she threw it in there and told me to go sit down and eat and when she was closing the cover of the buffet area where you order the toppings and stuff I asked to get one more for my kids and she had the worst reaction I could ever imagined. She kept rolling her eyes giving me bad attitude and when I asked to talk to my manager, she refused and said that the manager was not there although I saw the manager roaming around the back also she looked around 30 and was refusing service towards me...
