Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lancaster — Hotel in Manheim Township

What a gem! The Fairfield Inn is everything you want in a hotel—brand new, super clean, dog-friendly, and run by the kindest staff. We had a rough experience at another hotel down the street (Homewood Suites), where the rooms were dated and the front desk was incredibly rude—not just to us, but to our entire soccer league that had booked out the hotel.

At 11:30 PM, after deciding we couldn’t stay another night there, we checked into the Fairfield and were instantly relieved. Grant at the front desk was so warm and helpful—he placed us in a perfect, quiet room just as we requested. The space was crisp, peaceful, and honestly felt like a breath of fresh air after the chaos we came from. There were even basketball teams staying in the hotel that weekend and we didn’t hear a thing—a testament to how well-designed and soundproofed the rooms are.

Breakfast was great, the vibes were relaxed, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind. We already know: next year, we’ll be booking this entire hotel for our group. Can’t wait to come back

I will also note that we went to the Fairfield East first by accident and the vibes. There were not as spot on as the enterprise...

Rooms and hotel is clean and very nice because it’s a newer property. Customer service is zero for these reasons: I called to request I needed early check in for an event at 3pm and I also put a note in my reservations. I arrived there at noon. The front desk representative talked to me like I never traveled before telling me there is no such thing as early check in request at Marriott!! Speechless really.

My second day, I went down to breakfast to find only 1 out of 3 waffle machines working. Juice machine out of order too. It was 8am. I asked the front desk representative if he can extend the breakfast to 10am instead of ending at 9am to accommodate the long lines at the waffle stations. He said ‘nope, sorry’

Marriott I am speechless to your choice of workers. Very sad but never going to this hotel again. Worst...

This is a beautiful hotel! We did have a mixup with our room but Heather was great enough to help us! I can't say enough about the staff. Elliott, Grant, Jim, & William are simply fantastic! They are a great bunch of guys that helped make our vacation even better! I wish all hotels had these groups of guys running them! They were all extremely kind & helpful during our stay! We would also like to thank Diana for keeping breakfast delicious, and for Vanessa M from housekeeping for supplying everything we needed our room to be comfortable. I would suggest anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay here, not just because the hotel is gorgeous but because if it wasn't for the staff, this hotel wouldn't be as great as it was! Thank you again & hopefully looking forward to seeing everyone...
