Most stores these days are focused on one thing: the sale. Get you interested, then hooked, then spending. They do this in many different ways, but when you figure out the tactics, you start to see the calculated approach everywhere and it makes you a cynic and makes you feel like just another consumer. I can tell you it’s not that way at Brent Miller. They GENUINELY care about the story that brought you in that day and their staff seems to want to be part of it with you in a real way. I have shopped there for 3 years now, mostly for watches for myself to celebrate promotions and milestones at work. They have THE BEST selection of watches anywhere in the region and it’s not a mistake because they themselves love these watches and it shows…They know the language of watch lovers, they know every detail of the watch you’re looking at and can give you all the background on why the watch itself is unique or special. For a true enthusiast, this is so important but also so hard to find at other stores. The way they geek out with me over the ones I have purchased and then get so excited for what achievement the watch will symbolize for me is why I keep going back. Every time I go, even if it’s just so my wife can get her rings cleaned, I’ll bump into one of their sales managers, Ryan, and he’ll ask how my Omega is and I’ll ask how his Tudor is like it’s the most normal thing in the world to bump into some other guy once every 5 months and then ask about his watch the same way you’d say “how’s the wife and kids?” 😂. Things like this are why my wife and I consider Brent Miller one of our very favorite places to shop, jewelry or otherwise. When I saw the updated Tudor BB36 with COSC movement and updated bracelet and dial at W&W, I knew immediately it was to become part of my collection. The problem was the interminable wait to get one. Luckily, I reached out to Brad Duppstadt at Brent Miller Jewelers in Lancaster, PA. They are great supporters of Watchuseek, and a FAD on the site. Brad told me the Tudor rep advised them to just order the watch; they were not being distributed to ADs on allocation. I placed an order with Brad and paid a deposit in late-June. In only three weeks, the watch was at the store and ready to ship. I received it 23 days after I placed my order! Unfortunately, Tudor is sizing the bracelets of the new BB36 smaller than before, so it really won't fit larger than a 7¼" wrist (mine is just over 7¾"). The bracelet needed a couple of extra links to work for me. I reached out to Brad and he promptly connected with Tudor. They ordered two links, but could not promise him how long it would take. Meanwhile, the too-snug watch was sitting on a watchwinder in my safe, taunting me. Brad and his manager decided to have their watchmaker remove two links from a new champagne dial BB36 they had in stock and ship those to me, replacing them later with the links on order from Tudor. I had the extra links in hand – and in my bracelet – exactly 7 days after I first received the watch, and only 30 days after I first placed my order. What great service! And what a great watch! Between this and my blue BB58 (on a new Ranger bracelet without faux rivets), I am not wearing anything else. I highly recommend Brent L. 100% would recommend this store to anyone on any budget! Their selection is phenomenal but it was the staff that kept me coming back.

RENE, my point of contact when designing an engagement ring and matching wedding band, was the best! Literally! She was so thorough and thoughtful with her recommendations and design suggestions. Rene was also very receptive to each part of the design I wanted, including the fluorescence of the diamond and the material the ring was made out of. If I ever had a material or design question she didn’t know the answer to, she would always consult with her team or manufacturers to get answers asap. If there was ever an update to the design, materials, or potential sales going on in store, Rene would always reach out to let me know as soon as she could. I always felt like Rene was moving mountains for me. She was far more my advocate and teammate than I could have ever expected. Every time I want to purchase a new piece of jewelry, I’m requesting her and her alone.

Everyone from the greeter, Emerald, to the gemologist, Zach is incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating. I was able to ask Zach specific chemistry questions about diamond fluorescence that not many other people would have taken the time to answer. Candy, their in-house designer, made me feel totally at ease with all of the subtleties and features being incorporated into my custom ring.

I love this Jeweler and their team, and I will give my business to no one else but them.
