Stopped in about a month ago, and ended up with 3 orders of bagel minis that were still frozen inside. The manager promised to make good and did. I received my comped bagel minis last week, and they were frozen inside AGAIN. Didn’t bother to call, as I wasn’t up for a 3rd round of frozen bagel minis.

Went in today, and were told that HOT coffee was unavailable. Yes, unavailable. Something to do with water lines I guess….. That’s the same thing as Pizza Hut telling customers they have no pizza.

The person behind the counter was smiling and upbeat about the fact that there was no coffee. I watched as customers came in and left.

I was once excited that DD was coming to town. My experiences at this location have been nothing more than disappointing. I am off to find a new place that can serve hot food and one that actually has coffee in the morning.

Ordered 12 donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and hashbrowns online to pick up in the drive thru…… get there to pick up my order after driving 20 minutes to the store, we were told THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF THE DONUTS I ORDERED…. I ordered the MOST BASIC DONUTS… Boston cream, frosted strawberry with sprinkles, and chocolate/vanilla long johns……. They said they were in the process of making more so we asked how long until more are made…. They refused to answer that question and said we could have what they have in the store already or a refund…. If i wanted any of the donuts they had made up already, i would have ordered them….. what kind of business doesn’t have the most basic things in stock at all times?!!? I had them refund the ENTIRE ORDER, and i took my business elsewhere…… This place will NEVER get another dollar from me, most unprofessional donut place I’ve ever...
