Unfortunately a lot of people dont understand the delivery, they keep the radius small so they can serve their customers with speed, logically theres no way they could give the same service to people on the north side. In larger cities there would have been another store to cover other areas. Since manitowoc isnt big enough, its just no doable. They still tried to tell me that my order wasn't in their system so I replaced the order in shop, my order included kick in ranch.
