Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Manitowoc

Unfortunately a lot of people dont understand the delivery, they keep the radius small so they can serve their customers with speed, logically theres no way they could give the same service to people on the north side. In larger cities there would have been another store to cover other areas. Since manitowoc isnt big enough, its just no doable. Does not make this chain bad, they give the freshest most consistent product. Its not just good but its good for you. If you dont like that please go to subway and eat your precut frozen bagged meats and vegetables. as everyone else has stated regarding the delivery area, they restrict their delivery to an extremely limited radius, and with their location close to I-43 it means many areas are without delivery including businesses in the downtown area, they literally won't deliver one block further beyond their delivery map even to a business for a larger order! There are other sandwich places with better food, so if I am going to get food picked up I will just go to a place with better tasting sandwiches....like Maretti's Deli, Fatzos, Cousins, Subway, Festival Foods, Walmart, Piggly Wiggly, or pretty much any other place that can put...

I placed an order for pick up at the Manitowoc Jimmy John's and upon arrival they said they didn't see my order although I had an order confirmation in my email. They still tried to tell me that my order wasn't in their system so I replaced the order in shop, my order included kick in ranch. The cashier didn't hear me so I had to waste more time on my lunch break to go back to the back of the line to pay for one cup of chicken and ranch because the cashier didn't hear me..
