WAY OVERPRICED for what you get and the last time I went in there will be my last. I was picking up a Doordash order that they did not have ready. They had not even started it yet. I decided to order a breakfast sandwich. The one with avocado on it. My order was done prior to my Dash order being done. Delivered the order only to realize they made me the wrong food. No problem mistakes happen. Picked up another order for door dash there and said hey yall made this wrong, can you remake it. They remade it and I should have looked right away before leaving but I was in a hurry. Delivered that Dash order and realized AGAIN they gave me the wrong order. This time I called so they could have it ready for me because I picked up a dash across the street. I checked this time before leaving and the 3rd time they gave me the wrong food... Now I am irritated, I tell them its wring and that I will be right back for the correct order.. and reordered it again for the 3rd time. I went and delivered my dash and came back for my food. They then told me they had just switched to lunch and would no longer be making my breakfast sandwich but offered me a coupon for a get 2 free. I said fine whatever. A week later I came in to use my coupon on breakfast in which I was told my coupon was not valid on breakfast items. I ended up getting upset and explained the whole situation over again and after kind of arguing a little bit they did allow me to use my coupon for the breakfast sandwich that I had originally ordered. The lady did have an attitude about it which made matters worse. I will never go there again. Read moreI placed an online order at 12:30pm of 28 dollars. I received the order 32 minutes later. The order was not mine and had 41 dollars worth of items in it. None of which were my order. I called the store, spoke to a manager they said they would get the right meal to me- 1.5 hours later nothing came. I drove to the store myself, even after the manger told me they would re deliver the order to me. I did not order curb side or in store pick up, I specifically ordered online delivery for a reason, considering I was at work and on company time and could not leave to get my lunch. I drove to the store during my shift per my managers permission and explained what happened to cashier- she said “I’ll get a manager” she can’t find one so she looks around and she hands me my cold order, which sat on the outgoing shelf for 1.5 at this point almost 2 hrs. I never got the delivery fee or tip back, my money back, a new hot meal made. Ridiculous. I am a very reasonable person, but there is no excuse for this considering my delivery destination was 4 mins away from the store AND the manager initially said they would get it to me and never came. Read moreI usually have good luck at this location as far as service and food goes, there’s been a couple of times where they have given me the wrong order, but other than that, it’s usually good. However the reason for my rating is based off the rude customer service I just received. One of their cooks in the back should be fired for how rude he was. I went through the drive-through and of course they forgot to give me one of my items, so I went back inside and there was a long line with a one cashier. I saw one of the cooks up at the other checkout area by the front so I tried to ask him if he was able to grab me what was missing from my order order and immediately before I could even finish my sentence he told me “ cant help you” in the rudest tone. He wouldn’t even make eye contact, and then just walked off. He was older with grey hair and wore glasses, pretty tall. Thankfully the other cashier saw this and quickly stepped in to help me.
