I switched my business account from TMobile last week to to TMobiles poor coverage in my area. It certainly didn't match the bright solid pink coverage map they showed me when I opened my account.
I went into a brand new store in Manitowoc, and the Cherish, Rachel, and Drew were friendly and extremely helpful.
Everything from finding the right plan for my business, to finding the right devices for our needs, and even educating me about the different promotions that were available.
I picked out the Motorola Z4. I love the phone! But starting immediately after activation, my phone started crashing apps almost every time I would open one up.
This was extremely frustrating. Drew had programmed his cell number in my phone, so it was really easy. I called him and he walked me through some troubleshooting steps. He said if it wasn't fixed, to bring it back in for a warranty replacement. It continued doing this throughout the week. I stopped in today as it's a Saturday and I figured this process would take hours based on my experiences in other cell phone stores and I felt today I had the time to take care of it. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly face. Her name was Rachel.
I must admit, I was a little anxious when I found out Drew wasn't there today because he was the one that was "in the know" about the situation. But my anxiety was unnecessary. Rachel was very knowledgeable and showed genuine concern to make sure that we were able to resolve my problem. She went through several troubleshooting techniques to ensure that we didn't just replace the phone and still have a problem due to lack of firmware updates or app updates. At the end if the day the phone was found to be defective and Rachel replaced my phone with a New one without hesitation. Now I don't have any more crashing apps and the best part about it was that I was surprisingly in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this store for any of your local Cellphone concerns. My coverage is Great! And I can't say enough about their staff. Complete unwillingness to help a customers of 9+ years who have been in a frustrating situation through no fault of our own for months. We were told the problem was resolved last month. Itâs not. We explained the situation (literally just moving one existing line from one plan to another - thatâs it - thatâs whatâs so difficult to accomplish apparently). He told us in multiple ways that we have to do this and he is not able to help. When we asked him to at least show us on the app how to do this, he told us he didnât know how and made 0 effort to ask his colleagues or find an answer for us. I have never met someone so emotionally unhinged that they exclaim loudly âdonât ever say that again!â after I simply said âJesus Christâ to my sister after his multiple refusals to assist us. He then went out of his way to threaten to trespass us and threaten to call the cops after I asked him for his supervisorâs name. This individual needs emotional intelligence training asap or perhaps not be in a customer service position to begin with. Together, we have six phone lines at Verizon and internet. Nine years of interactions with customer service reps in various cities and states - all pleasant. After today, multiple (if not all) lines will be leaving Verizon for a competitor after nearly 10 years because I would not want myself or my loved ones near someone so easily...

All I went in for was to see if they had a replacement for my broken screen protector I was wanting to purchase. The person said that because I donât have the brand new version of the iPhone pro max (I have the 12 pro max) they would not have anything for me. Instead of offering any other solutions, the person says that we could do the 13 pro max screen protector but it probably wouldnât fit the correct way. She then kept asking the guy that was right next to her who was working with a customer about the different options and he kept saying the same results the every time. What a joke. I will just plan on going to the Verizon that is back in my hometown which is 3 1/2 hours away for any other problems that I ever had because I will not be coming back. Thanks...
