Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Manitowoc

Wisconsin steak and cheese supposed to have bacon onion, cheddar cheese and liquid cheese liquid cheddar cheese & melted cheddar cheese . I asked for green pepper. Well I’ve got one green pepper and can’t see the either. I see no bacon the bread wasn’t like grilled like it should be. There is like five strips of turkey on the turkey breast bowl that we got and about 100 onions. The cold food was with the hot food. We had to wait for meal to be remade.

So my steak and cheese sandwich I I got was getting cold. The cheese curds were cold and greasy and on top of it, check it out the order was incorrect .so I was charged more and had to sit and wait for that all of these things which could’ve been avoided if the other employee did not interrupt the girl while . taking the orders. And when she was wrapping my sandwich, she had the turkey sandwich she had sitting on the paper. Then she was going to wrap my sandwich in.when I asked her to get clean paper to wrap my sandwich ,she scuffed and rolled her eyes at me. Now, do you know what I’m allergic to?

I I do commend the cashier that check us out. The patients she had with her coworker. you did a very good job young lady . Resolving the incorrect billing issue.and taking responsibility for the mistake. However it was not your fault!! When the other young lady making sandwich’s was interrupting while you were taking our order. Management although the order was goofed up and despite the fact, My hot sub is cold and No veggies, along with the curds being cold curds cold and grease. And could have had an allergic reaction.die to the eye roller not taking food preparation. Seriously! This young lady’s ( that cashed us out) actions ,probably save you two customers .

I don’t know if,I would come back! if it wasn’t for the action that she took to correct the issue bill issue.and accept responsibility even though it was not hers...

The worst experience I ever had! This restaurant is a joke! I'm a travel nurse whose time is limited, I ordered a sandwich there for convenience! Needless to say I was disappointed I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, and I was penalized for doing so. The sandwich made me sick because I don't eat pork due to religious reasons. I explained this to the staff and the management and was told it was my fault and in order to get reimbursed for my 43.00 and 17 cents I needed to reorder what I wanted or get out of their establishment. This is the worst and most unprofessional place that I ever ate food! They threatened me and harassment me, to reorder a meal and repay for a order that was incorrect. And told me it was my fault and they would not remake my order. To sum it up I ended up getting sick and ended up in the ER! Moral of the story, is to never eat at this establishment period they are unprofessional, touch with a little bit of no customer service skills! place...

Just stopped in for my first experience of Cousin Subs. They only have subway around me, so I figured I would give them a try. Immediately, when I walked in I was greeted by a kind young lady I believe her name was Kourtney/Courtney, she was nice enough to give me her favorites from Cousins. I ended up getting the Philly and some French fries...gotta be honest Subway doesn't have anything on these guys. Absolutely delicious. 🤤 On top of the great food, the owner, Mike, was even kind of enough to come greet me and ask how my first experience was. Made for an absolutely great overall experience for my first time. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend...
