I order online and after placing my order, the site keeps me updated on the status of my order and even the name of the person making it. The food tastes good, the employees are always pleasant, the wait time until it's ready has never been unreasonable, and is cheaper and more filling than an order for the same amount of people at any of the drive-through burger places around here. And though it shouldn't need to be said since most probably assume it is just 'part of the job', I feel as though a lot of the food places around town are struggling in this area: I have noticed and appreciate that the food I pick up is exactly what I ordered. This is one of the few places that has not messed up a single order of mine, so it is also one of the only places that I don't feel as though I need open my entire order as it's handed to me to make sure what I wanted is all given to me and that it is actually what was ordered. Read moreWe ordered dominos tonight through the app. When the pizza and pasta came the pasta was entirely wrong. My husband could not eat it. So I tried calling the store. We called several times and each time we were placed on a hold even though we said "no" right away. After an hour on hold on two phones, I called and got this young guy. His boss was telling him to hang up but he let me talk. He apologized and told me how busy they are. That corporate tells them when they are this busy to not answer the phones. So once answered the phones go on an indeffinite hold until the " rush ends". His boss repetitively told him to hang up while he corrected my order and sent me the correct pasta that we paid for. When the delivery guy got to our house he said that corporate now doesn't have them put stickers on the boxes and they just get stacked. The "little guys" did a good deed but whoever your boss is, shame on you and "corporate". My husband ate almost 2 hours after us. We won't be ordering from dominos again. Read moreThe last 5 times I have called I have been put on hold for nearly 10 minutes every time! And I have never even had a chance to place an order because waiting that long is insane so I have hung up to avoiding being put on hold for who knows ow much longer!! 20 or 30 minutes?! Honestly!!! There have been times I've questioned if they just put people on hold then forget about them?! I don't understand what the hell is going on around there, but being put on hold that long and right when you call is very insulting!!! And they do so the second they answer!? If they are that busy then hire more help! Or change your policy! Because making people wait is unprofessional and insulting!
