I used to love this place so much. I am gluten free and have many other food allergies and sensitivities so canât eat many places, especially when it comes to something fast and on the go. I was here around 4 (so not busy) between pics for my daughterâs prom and the grand march. I did not want to get sick (GERD and MCAS) so I stopped to eat so I could take my afternoon medicationsI found I could No longer use my points unless I ordered through the app. Rhiannon (sp?) Was very cheerful and helpful and showed me how/ helped me place the order bc it was not busy. I paid with Apple Pay and it flashed up on my banking app as a notification that I paid- it showed on the noodles screen but then disappeared. I spoke to the manager who refused to fill the order due to him âno longer seeing itâ even though Rhiannon said it was there on their order screen then disappeared. Manager, Jacob, offered that I PAY FOR IT A SECOND TIME đłđ«€ what?!! and not use the app⊠ummm so I should pay $30 for one meal?! đ€ I showed him the banking app and the time and date was NOW but he would not make an exception or make any effort to fix this.
By this time I needed to leave to see my daughter at grand March her senior year.
Rules and protocol are important factors but so is common sense and keeping customers satisfied so they come back⊠while Rhiannon was so helpful, I canât say that the manager Jacob was helpful or accommodating in any way. His response was to call and weâll âfigure It out Mondayâ if the charges are still there⊠ummm no bc it will be forgotten or he wonât be the manager that day so who would believe this wasnât a serviced charge. Yes itâs only $15 but the point is â one I canât use my points- itâs not safe to use the app, the expense shouldnât be mine when the problem was clearly on their end. being in the retail/ service field you want to satisfy ppl so they come back. Very disappointed as I do not trust coming here (as a chain) now and definitely do not use the...
Read moreI hope the windows and other things that are frequently handled get cleaned soon. This is a new store yet there's an oily fingerprinted film or residue on everything; and handprints everywhere there's glass. To me, it's gross & unappetizing; but everything ought to be cleaned daily in restaurants. They'd just opened for the day so it's not like it had all day to get like this. The bathroom was out of paper towels. It "feels like" scarcity mentality" here, or something. Regardless, sparkling clean on the daily in a food establishment is imperative.
Also, the food at this location was "meh" (had better prepped & seasoned/cooked experiences at the Noodles near campus!). I don't know why this would be because noodles is built for product consistency (reliability).
Could there be a management issue? lack of employees? a...
Read moreI always order the spicy Korean steak noodles but this time it wasnât even spicy and the small size they always put at least more in should have looked as if it was a medium. The cashier did not conversate very well socially awkward. Dining area was so disgusting as if no one swept or mopped the floor as well as most tables were dirty. Was not busy at all and I could just tell the workers were being lazy. Me and my s/oâs potstickers were so freaking cold and just disgusting, and no one asked how it tasted just gross. They socialize more with each other than they do with customers worst customer service experience ever. Iâve worked fast food and dine in restaurants just very displeased with the setting and the environment...
